Almost complete? So are you not interested in the SS4 Vegeta and the ultimate Big Bang Kamehameha SS4 Gogeta? That's the best looking transformation and don't forget Mr Omega Shenron. Just thinking about these figures getting a release makes me very happy.  Oh and i like your display picture, had tried to get one back when I had a SS4 Goku as a display but never did find one. You have a very cool one,  it's exactly what I would have wanted.  Vegeta SSJ4 not too much, i don't like how he achieve that transformation. Gogeta would be great but i prefer the one from the film of janemba. Omega shenron is a really cool enemy but i don't think tamashii is gonna make it. Thanks for the kind words mate You've said some interesting things. I like it. Well, Tamashii does have a habbit of throwing a curved ball at times, so I hope in the end we all get what we want. I'm planning on getting this, but I wonder if I should also get the Figurerise model...? I love the colours on this one, but the figure still suffers from being way too short. With the Figurerise being in a slightly larger scale, I think that one might actually be closer to the right size.

Honestly I find the molding to be far superior on the Figuarts figure. I am biased, but I still think both versions of Figuarts Cell beat out the Figurerise version. Figurerise Cell just doesn't look nice. But that's just my opinion.
Another thing, how big is Figurerise Cell's head compared to the head sizes of Figuarts figures? If his head is too large, he won't "scale" with the Figuarts even if he's the right height. I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm saying I don't know if it would work.

I agree with Wave, I don't like the style of the figure-ise. Also I know how time consuming it is just to put together the Yo-Kai Watch Bandai model kits. I really don't have time to sit for an hour building a Cell, when the Figuarts comes pre-assembled!

90% sure the retail version of Cell was shown off at Tamashii Nations 2016 and I have to say...pretty damn good. Nothing like the prototype, and in this specific instance that's a very good thing.  |

Looks like the torso joints and knee/elbow joints use the same shade of purple now! But his face lines are still a darker shade.
Kamehameha looks good, I'm glad its mostly blue this time and not mostly white.

The green parts on the prototype were too saturated. The ideal color should be closer to a light lime green.   To me, it was a textbook variant. Slightly different, visually appealing on it's own, but hardly necessary for a collection. The final version isn't that at all. It's exactly what a PCE figure should be, a general improvement over the original. Perfect? Maybe not (light purple joints), but it's very close. If I were a reviewer, this would get a 10/10 from me. I really like what I'm seeing. |

Cell only appeared in his arc. Only new Cell we could ever see, is his first or second form.. I think.. |

The main painting application that bothers me is the neck. Applying different shades of coloring is one thing but painting a portion of the white part of his neck black? I'm not sure I understand the meaning of that altercation.
