wow... the height difference between Android 18 and Krillin is enormous there.... Its almost like Akira Toriyama doesn't give a sh!* about keeping correct scale. I'm not sure why you say that. 18 was always over 1 head taller than Krillin. Toriyama's drawing is a little stylized, but he isn't that far off. Maybe I should photoshop it to correct everyone... This is at a perspective, so it isn't very good reference. Hmm you are right. For some reason I remembered Krillin being a lot taller at Cell saga, almost being android 18 size. I guess he used to look taller sometimes back there, but side to side with 18 there is this difference. I hope their SH Figuarts version works well side by side

Does anyone have the Shodo figures? Can you tell me how good are they? They look pretty cool on photos but I want to know first hand.. And are they in scale with the figuarts figures?

They're tiny.
*I moved this from the American section to here. Please be aware of where you are posting certain subjects.

I wouldn't buy them because they are only about 2 to 2.5 inches tall. I can understand why some people might like them, but to me they are really disappointing as I don't see the point in having a really tiny, highly articulated figure. It's not much fun creating a super cool pose that you can only appreciate 5 inches from your nose.

Bro they seem to be pretty nice with good articulation and the american exclusive have a metallic paint job, they are like 7-8 cm tall though the super saiyan god Goku might be a nice edition for an HG scale collection

They are great figures but are very small indeed. I only bought the Shodo SS Goku to be displayed with my Hybrid Broly

I saw that hlj had an order stop on them the day before yesterday. They were the best resource for new and upcoming releases pictures about 8 years ago, but they haven't been too good the last few years. They never seem to have the photos.

HLJ definitely used to be great for finding asian merchandise. Wonder why they aren't as good anymore?

It was open this morning but when I refreshed the link the order was done. Big in Japan has the better deal imo though.
But yeah HLJ rarely has images anymore but that of course never stops people.
