The thing with the Shodo figures that annoyed me was they showed these great display stands in the advertising but they didn't come with them.  |

I think only the preorders/SDCC exclusives got them. Since they have shiny/metallic paint jobs.

So there was a difference between the normal and SDCC releases then? I thought the SSG Goku was the Exclusive.

It was a mystery figure, which got revealed closer to its release. I believe only preorders and the SDCC exclusives got the metallic paint job/stands.

Well don't take my word for it but that's what I think is correct. Did any of the reviews you saw had metallic paint versions?

I actually don't think they have. Every review I have seen just has the ankle stands.

Yes it is only the SDCC Ultimate Spark (metallic) versions with the stands.
