Does anybody know how to fix super saiyan goku bicep swivel? Everytime y touch the arm it falls off That's weird. If you put a tiny drop of super glue on the pegs and smear it around with a toothpick or the nozzle of the glue, that should work. You need to do this on the sides of the pegs, the glue will add girth (make them bigger around) to them. Just don't put the arms back on until the glue has thoroughly dried, which can take an hour or more if you never stick anything to the glue (and if it is old). Yeah same thing happens to me. Thankfully Branjita is here for us. By the way I called Bandai and told them what happened, and they said even though it was a brand new, sealed figure, I have to return it to Amazon because it wasn't purchased through them. Then I contacted Amazon and they said I have to return it to Bandai because it was their fault it was a manufacturer defect. AHHHHHHHH SO FRUSTRATING! I guess I'll have to try the glue method. Thanks again Branjita! I haven't dealt with this problem on a figuarts personally, but I doubt the figures are made of some magical plastic that's different from other figures I have had to fix. Another method would work too, and it would be less permanent and work even better, it just takes more tools. You could use a hot glue gun, and make sure you let it preheat long enough to get really hot. Which is about 10 minutes. Put vaseline/petroleum jelly (if you don't have it, you could try vegetable cooking oil, but I've never used it) on the peg, making sure you get good coverage on it and the rest of the arm near the joint. Squirt a little bit of hot glue in the hole, and immediately stick the peg in the hole and turn it around for about 1 second. If excess glue squirts out, that's ok, because that's why you put vaseline on the surrounding areas near the peg. Just wait for it to cool for at least 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending how much glue was needed, and cut the excess off with a razor blade or x-acto knife. This method is very easy and what I use for all of my custom figures when I give them additional articulation or have to fix broken joints. The only thing about it is hot glue isn't as durable as plastic, so if the joint grabs, it'll tear the glue out, so the only method left is the super glue method for making the peg larger. I don't recommend trying super glue in the hole to make it smaller. It does not typically work, because generally the peg is hard plastic and the part a peg goes into is softer plastic, and making soft plastic hard (with a coat of super glue) generally makes things much worse. timone317 iami2eapei2 @gil08 might have other suggestions for methods they have used on actual Figuarts figures.

"What if my peg is too big for the hole?" Lubricate and push harder

I had this problem yesterday when i was switching the gokus arms around i was able to fix it by just applying a little bit of force when pushing the arms into the peg then moving the arms around while still applying force to it...

Does anybody know how to fix super saiyan goku bicep swivel? Everytime y touch the arm it falls off I know how to fix this problem without using glue, this always happen to me when I take apart my figures for customization and also sometimes when I open the figure the biceps falls off. Steps: 1.) remove the sleeve that connect to the shoulder. 2.) remove the shoulder from the torso, just simply full it and it will pop right off. If your having trouble dip it into hot water. 3.) things to know; dipping the figure into hot water will soften the material. The peg that connects to bicep and ballpeg that connects to the torso is all one piece. The shoulder it self is the reason why the the bicep keeps falling off, it's restricting the peg to go all the way inside the peg hole. 4.)dip the arm/biceps and the shoulder into hot water. 5.)use one hand/fingers to hold the biceps for support, then the other hands/fingers will push the peg in to the hole. Push it by the ball peg, if first try didn't work, dip the arms/bicep and shoulder again into hot water a lil longer and repeat the step 5th step. You can also use your palm which I do sometimes, use your palm to ouch the peg in. It is also better to use your t-shirt to push it will add lil padding from hurting your fingers or palm and it also gives that grip. 6.) when the shoulder is finally connected to the bicep THEN connect the arms/shoulder to the torso. I hope this made sense, if not let me know and I will try to take a picture when I get a chance once I get home.

Oh one more thing, when removing the shoulder from the torso, make use the peg comes off too. Sometimes when I pull it out the shoulder comes off but the peg is still connected to the torso. When that happen take the peg off an simple insert it back to the shoulder piece. This usually happen when dipping into hot water, every pieces will come off easily apart.

Thanks to everyone for the advice. But the problem is that before asking you i tried to put super glue to make the peg thicker and the glue is now around the peg and it when you take the shoulder off it doesnt let you push the peg out.

After using the super glue, did it resolve the problem of the bicep falling off? Anyways that is not a method I would do, for that particular problem. specially the peg is small there's a big chance that you will glue the shoulder and the peg together. But if it works for you then that's all it matter.

No, I used super glue before asking here, i was trying to make the peg thicker so that it is bigger and fills the hole but I kind of got glue around the peg and when I took the shoulder off the glue didn't let the peg be pushed out.

And by the way would hobby cement do? And if you know how to remove the super glue off the little square that is around the peg that would help me a LOT.

It looks like the bicep peg has been cracked off of the shoulder swivel...and if that's the case you may be out of options. It's nearly impossible to fix that kind of damage. Glue and everything else would only be a temporary fix because once the plastic joint is cracked it's very easy to crack it again regardless of what you do to stick it back on. More pics would help, it's hard to say with one image.

I'm not a fan of the whole hot water thing, but thanks. Haven't had the time to try any suggestions yet but I will let you guys know the results when I do. Thanks! Especially to Branjita because I like his method the best!
