The situation back then was that he was trading me a bunch of stuff for a custom figure and said everything was in good condition, and none of it was.

You should've asked for pics I like to show pics and if anyone asked me to see it better i would do my best to do so He used the "I don't own a camera" excuse, and this was back in 2003 when most people didn't have cell phone cameras (and if they did, they were horrible!) I ended up getting him banned from old DBT for misrepresenting his items so much. In addition to several 2 inch figures that were in really bad condition (missing pieces) I remember he was supposed to send me both Irwin Raditz arms, both legs, both crotch/hips pieces, the waist armor, and the shoulder armor. This was back when Irwin Raditz was selling for $50. Well the jerk sent me 2 legs in great shape, no hip pieces, 1 right arm missing the peg that holds it in the torso, no left arm, only 1 of the pads from the waist armor (covered in paint), and both shoulder pads (covered in paint). That's the worst custom commission trade I've ever had other than the guy who didn't pay me the $$ portion. |
