I don't really have the room in my display for things like this, but I'd love to see you make them. Also, I'm sure loads of people would be interested in them as long as they are of good quality and not excessively expensive.

Most definitely keen on something like this. Over 9000 crater for sure, definitely a cell ring, even that road piece looks cool and might even persuade me to set that scene up even though I hadn't planned to. Something cool for a Frieza v Awakened Goku would also be a hot seller I'm sure. for starters i will definitely have a namek piece and cell piece.

Another idea which should be relatively simple and probably seemingly a bit dull would be the floor of the hyperbolic time chamber, while the simplest route would be to just go plain white, I think it would look pretty cool if you could get just the right shade, almost give a kinda pearlescent white look to it.

Hey, sorry for all the crap I caused with this on Sideshow, I'm done over there.
So you aren't intending to produce yours out of molds, but rather with a foam base?

Correct pink foam is what is used for 95 percent of dioramas you see at tamashii nations etc. They will all be hand made. If there is enough interest then i would have an original and use it as a mold . what material i would use? i have no clue since ive never done it before. That wont be the case for a while though. Also dont worry about them this is the site to be in lol. They blew that out of proportion!

If you wanted to make a mold of one, you could use something like alumilite mold rubber to make the mold, and alumilite resin to cast it. I went that route because it offered a lot of advantages. Consistency, durability, and allowed for built in features that require sturdy firm material like stand compatibility. The downside is that molding and casting can get pricey. $20 a pound for mold rubber and some of those molds I was making were 6-8 pounds. There's also a lot of prep and nuance to the whole process that is really important, otherwise you get defects.

Yea if it gets to the point of casting, it would be a learning experience and i would have to see if its even worth doing because of the cost.

I would be all over these. Will be keeping a close eye on your progress. And If you're open to commissions, would you be interested into making more larger, dynamic scenes for the right price (perhaps $100 and up)?

I'm a huge sucker for stuff like this. I would definitely buy stuff like Namek, Cell Games Arena, Over 9000, etc!

I would worry on damage if i send it put together. Also they take a while so price would depend on how large. My first one which can be seen on youtube was a while a go and will be updated. I am currently working on 2 more as i like my figuarts on a diorama. One day you guys will see. But for now here is a wip of the new piece.

Looking good! I'm not sure if you're familiar with Liquitex Gloss Gel but you can do some really cool things with it to make water. I've been experimenting with it and it's really neat.

Those dioramas are awesome! I would love to have one but the price kind of kills it for me (although its very reasonable considering the time and craftsmanship involved).

Yea the main thing is time and material. WE will see though if i see a few more likes i might do a 10 piece run or something, but for now here is a sneak peek at my finished diorama, i will be showing everything when my next one is done.
