So only 3 figures will be in the market then? I understood that the 6 figures will be available, regardless of which 1 wins the contest. Looks like there is a 4th unknown fig looking to that pic on the right.

6 Figures + a  Figures. Or 3 + 3 or more to come. All this a bit complicated. At least 6 characters will be, and certainly the characters from the series DB Super will be. Then I hope at least a 20cm high Beerus or a villain. At the latest from 16/11 we know a bit more. |

Looks like Nakazawa Hiroyuki is sculpting the SSj3 Goku. With him doing it, it's bound to be an amazing piece.
He did the most recent SSj Goku in SC5, SC5 Golden Freeza, Beach-goer Goku from SC1, Launch from SC2, Canteen Goku from SC3...

DOD SSj Goku
DOD Base Goku
DOD Vegeta
Desktop McCoy Gokus (Dino and Bike)
...He might be doing the Desktop McCoy 17 and 18, but I'm not sure if this is true or not.

Really not into that standing SSj2 Goku. His brow, legs, and hair are all wrong.
Seriously like that standing SSj3 Goku, but the only thing I think I'd change about him is making his hair a bit more detailed.

SS3 Goku - Even though the standing one looks really good and very detailed, I'm tired of the fact that almoost ALL of the SS3 Goku statue have that pose from when he first transformed. The Kamehameha looks really good and he's my favorite between the two.
SS2 Goku - As was said above me, the standing doesn't look good, it's just don't work for me. While the mid-fighting one looks great and a really good representation of SS2 Goku, which we rarely see.
#18 - That one's tough. They both look good. I would be happy with each of them being the winner tbh. but I do think that since the previous #18 was only sitting, we need one statue of her fighting.

Action poses of Goku SSJ2 and SSJ3 are the best to me. That right leg on Goku SSJ3 looks weird though (an unnatural pose?). While Goku SSJ2 action pose looks the best out of all. The pose is very nice, the expression on the face is great and about the hair I guess that's how a SSJ2 looks, but I'm not sure that big spike on the back has to be there?
About Android 18 figures I really don't care.
Now I'm interested to see which is that extra 4th character (wishing there are more), when I saw the pics it looked like it was Gohan SSJ with Piccolo's clothes in the Cell arc.

It is a bit bent, but it doesn't look too weird. The one who did the SSj3 Action Pose is Hiroyuki Nakazawa. He did SSj Goku this past year, and you can tell because lately he has a signature of putting striations on his figures for texture. The more I look at the Standing SSj3 Goku, the more I like it. I just hate the fact that all of these are probably going to have Goku with his Super uniform with the Kanji on it. |
