I can understand why SS2 Goku was picked, but SS3 Goku and Android 18?! seriously?! Don't we have enough figures and statues of them already?
I would love it if they made Adult Krillin, Tien, and Gotenks too.

Oh well! The only figures which interest me here are SSJ Gotenks and Mecha Frieza! SSJ3 Goku would only be interesting if it were beat the Ichiban Kuji. But PLEASE Banpresto, at least the size of Goku and Bardock of the Scultures 5! Then that would be damage limitation for me. Otherwise, I am also disappointed about the vote!  |

I'm happy with the results. A SS3 Goku with that new level of detail in this line could result in a GREAT figure. And i need more A18 sooo i'm happy indeed.

The selections sucks. More Gokus and a random A-18. Quite pissed off. The only one of the 3 that is not too bad is Goku SSJ2 because clearly there is not a great figure of him in that form. But Goku SSJ3?? We got him in Scultures 1, Ichiban Kuji and in the DOD line. Android 18? Got great figures of her with Pichi Gal, sCultures 3 and now in the future new line of the DOD Girls. If Banpresto wanted to promote the new series 'Super' they failed misserably lol. And I don't want to accept that this contest will only have 3 figures made, can't believe it. I hope the other slots (3 if it's 6 or 5 if it's 8 in total) are chosen by the sculptors like every past contest. If not, that's very bad news for us, that could be the ending of this line. I hate to point it out, but what were we all expecting? When you leave anything up to popular vote, it always turns to sh*t. |

Unfortunately we can't blame the company because these were the choices of the people. I don't understand how the majority of votes went to goku though. Don't we have enough already??!! I wish they would've made more unique characters. The company can be blamed for having the line-up be based on popular vote. That was a bad move on their part. However, these figures aren't actually marketed to collectors. They are based on the consumer base of the general public considering that these figures are marketed as Crane Games prizes. It only makes sense for them to leave it up to the general public to decide on what their prizes are going to be. I have no doubt that Nakazawa Hiroyuki will be sculpting one of the Gokus, as he is basically the poster child for Goku sculptors for the major Japanese figure companies. He's done most of he Gokus in SCultures. The only time he didn't do Goku was in SCultures 2, when he did Launch instead. He didn't participate in SCultures 4, as he was likely working on the two DOD Gokus and the Vegeta. |

I personally dont think its that serious to quit the line and sell all my figures. Theres still some great looking figures in the line. Bardock for example is amazing. Even though im not happy with the characters selected if SSJ3 and SSJ2 are on that level of greatness as Bardock im all for it. |

No, I dont think. I was already annoyed with the amount of Goku figures and now that the next major offerings are Goku again I've lost interest. |

They are going to give him slightly spiker hair, ruffle his bangs and call it a transformation. For SSJ3, the Figuarts Zero EX and the Ichiban Kuji are the only well done versions and even then, it's the same pose. And 18 needs proper representation as well. |

I do agree that most of the SS3 Goku figures are in the same static pose from the first time we've seen it in the manga/anime. even the last SC SS3 Goku was in the same pose, just in BD outfit and a smirk. I do hope that this new SS3 Goku figure will be in a Dragon Fist pose, maybe even come with a golden dragon, and that will be awesome. |

The thing that sets this 18 and SSJ3 apart from others is that they will be based on they're DBS appearance right? So this is not THAT bad. All other 18 figures have the same ol played out android saga outfit which she didnt even wear for that long. But I cant imagine what sort of pose she will have because she really hasnt done anything in Super but just stand there with Marron and Krillin...
