pfff fanservice at its best. Passing on that figure. Goku SSJ3 is not bad overall (I don't like faces 2 and 3 though) but I will wait on the next sC6 which may has a very cool attacking pose.

I'm not interested in a Bulma with grossly out of proportion parts. Considering that she's only 16 at this point in time, that's just weird.
Just doesn't appeal to a female collector such as myself. It'll also probably be quite pricey, depending on the quality, which I expect will be higher end.
On a DOD related note, I just got my first DOD. The SSj Goku reissue. I do really like him, although I wish his sculpt was more detailed. Got him for a steal on Amazon too (Amazon themselves) $43 shipped.

My top picks are: Krillin - Android Saga, to go with 18. Captain Ginyu - The one i'll be voting for! WE NEED MORE GINYU AND THIS IS OUR BEST CHANCE. Will be perfect with scouter Goku! Son Gohan (Kid)/SSJ Son Gohan - All I want is a SSJ2 Gohan from Cell Games! Cell - I'm agreed. Perfect Cell is my #1 as well!! Android 16 - Maybe nice to have with 17 & 18 Not a Big fan of Buu Saga, but would be tempted by these: SSJ3 Gotenks Vegetto Kid Buu Film/Special/GT Characters (easy pass): Gogeta Bardock SSJ3 Broly SSJ4 Goku Super characters (meh): Beerus Whis |

I like that they don't have a screaming face on SSj3 Goku.
A screaming face looks weird in a figure that doesn't have a dynamic position option.

I would say that if the news article came from megahobby.jp it is confirmed that the dates have been changed, even so a month delay is not bad. It is awesome that fans of the line can vote on what characters they want to come out next in the DOD line. I already voted for Krillin, Super Saiyan 4 Goku, Super Saiyan Son Gohan. I plan to vote for Vegito, Gogeta, Android 16, Super Saiyan 3 Broly over the next few days. I like that they don't have a screaming face on SSj3 Goku. A screaming face looks weird in a figure that doesn't have a dynamic position option. I agree, that is my only complaint with the DOD line is that they included the screaming face on SS Goku, Piccolo, Final Form Frieza, Vegeta and Trunks. I hope that megahouse stops doing that after this year, unless the figures are put into some dynamic pose. |
