I don't dig the headsculpt on the SSGSS Goku that much. Something about it just looks kind of off. He almost looks old and sickly with his pale coloration. Plus that one spiky blue bang on his head looks awkward. I've seen it done better on other SSGSS Goku products.
Looking forward to SSJ Vegeta though. Hopefully the face is a new sculpt.

All right so for the second time D.O.D Bulma has been delayed. As much as I love this line it irritates me that Megahouse feels a need to rush these figures out. If they took their time and released them every other month, instead of every month then there would be fewer delays.

The only bad thing about that is that every other figure in this line is also being pushed back. What must be going up with Bulma with 2 delays, though? Anyway, today I received Piccolo who I purchased 2 days ago  This figure is also marvelous, like Trunks. I love them both so much. I don't really see any problem with the clothing in these. Some comparison with HQDX Gohan and Piccolo. While I like Banpresto's Piccolo, I like the DOD version even more!! They made him spot on (coloring included) and having the possibility of displaying it without the cape and the alternative heads is very nice. I would say DOD Piccolo represents more him on an adult stage (Z) and the HQDX one is more based on his end of DB saga stage, with a smaller and thinner face.     |

I'm happy for you that you like the DOD series! Since you are looking for a similar scale, that the figures to the HQDX/Scultures fit, you have decided for the DOD. I again have my focus on the same scale as you, but at the Resins. When I got the C-17, it almost blew me away...  ... the looks and fits perfectly with the figures that we collect. Now is even the Recoome come. This PVC has a similarity as the DOD Buu, and is extremely light. Now just follow the Jeece (Resin). Then we'll see what will come. I am continued to looking forward to the DOD Perfect Cell. But I must say that the DOD Piccolo fit better to the Gohan than the HQDX version.  By the way ... this Piccolo (Gigantic Series PVC) i like better than the DOD version. But... he is TOO big.  ]  |

Indeed, that Gigantic Piccolo is too big! But I only like the face on that figure (the first one), the rest doesn't look good imo. It has a disproportionated body and the cape is too long. Yeah the resins is an option for these characters, but I prefer PVC when it comes to DB figures. I like the overall finishing better. And they're often too expensive (DOD is also expensive, but not as much).
The A17 you got is very nice though! I will be getting the DOD version if it comes out good.
Perfect Cell is gonna be awesome, I bet!!

Wonder Festival happens this up coming Saturday so after almost 4 months of waiting we should FINALLY see something with D.O.D Perfect Cell and Vegetto. I hope we might see the prototypes of Android 17 and SSJ Vegeta as well but that might be asking for too much

He was apart of the DOD voting poll so I assume that Megahouse has plans to release him eventually. |

WonderFes starting in a few hours! I'm excitied to see A-18 painted and hopefully getting the prototype of SSJ Vegeta, Cell and 17.
I stopped collecting after Trunks. Android/Cell Arc was my favourite, so particularly looking forward to those 4!!
