Hmmm... I can try that. I also thought of matte spraying but not sure. But that tape idea can work. You shouldn't worry about it on the SDCC Goku as there's a good gap between his shoulders, it seems Bluefin may have fixed the problem so his shoulders won't get paint rubs. Unlike the Normal Goku there's no gap on his shoulders so it's very easy to get paint rubs on him. Hmmm... Not sure about that, theres a spanish video review of a MexiGoku on YouTube which is the exact same as this SDCC Namek Goku, but in the review he states that to be careful since the shoulder seleves are loose/movable and the seleves having the blue paint, to be careful to avoid paint rub/transfer. And the video pans in and yup you can see it. I know I may I sound nip-picky or detail oriented, but I don't like to see nips, cuts, dents, scratches, scuffs, and rubs on any of my figures. Unless that scuff or scratch is supposed to be there on purpose then i'm ok, but if not it somehow annoys me, like you can't ignore it as you know that the scuff is there. Comes with being a collector. Not sure if anyone feels the same as me. lol. But since getting another Namek Goku now will be expensive, I think I am going to put some Scotch tape underneath both shoulder seleves, just to be safer.

Im not that crazy of a collector as some are, but if I get a slight scratch I can chock it to having some character on the figure. Now if it is a pretty bad ding, then I will try to talk to the seller. If I feel that I don't need to hit the seller up for it, then I can live with it for the most part. Coot

I told you guys... I saw 2 scalpers here in Mexico with lots of SDCC Frieza saga ver. Goku. One had 20 for 250 bucks each (1up life not included, sold separately for 30 bucks) and the other sclaper had 15 for 230 bucks each one....
If this happened in Mexico I`m pretty sure there are a lot of people in the states with at least 20 or 30 sdcc gokus

Here's to more broken wallets. Coot

Such an absolute shame that it seems more re-sellers than collectors were able to get their hands on the exclusive this year and that there's nothing that can be done to avoid all the price gouging.

Technically, it can be avoided by simply not buying them. However it's such a sought after figure, that's not really going to work. Hoping for Bluefin to come through. Then also hoping that it doesn't get mobbed and sold out in minutes.
