I already got one, I just want a couple extras to make into BoG Goku. It's not out of the realm of possibility that Goku gets sold through Bluefin Premium seeing as how the past two SDCC's were. It's gonna get sold out QUICK though, we won't only be competing with other collectors but scalpers and online retailers. I got three SDCC Vegeta's last year through Bluefin and two SDCC Piccolo's the year before that.

How long after the con was this, and how long was it actually listed as "in stock"?

Bluefin had SDCC Arlia Vegeta. $65 ea. It was almost exactly a month after. I'm expecting this Goku to be the same.

Ah, looking back it makes sense why I never saw it, I quit my previous job around this time last year so I stopped looking due to financial troubles. I'm still gonna tell everyone not to go to Bluefin so I can buy 60+ Gokus when they go on sale and sell them all for 4x the retail price

I know there's alot of (mostly) well placed negativity around but I just received my Goku and no fooling I must've caught a whiff of onions when I opened him, as I understandably teared up ever so slightly. Followed by a goofy ass grin.
He's the Goku figure I've always wanted ever since I was a child and first saw him arrive to face Frieza. I had those same goosebumps.
Scalpers be damned, the £70 I spent on him was worth every penny....

Nobody is upset with the figure itself, it looks great. However scalpers are horrible people to collectors. Gratz on getting yours though

Sorry, just an observation of some of the topics recently. I don't want to say anything that's already been said. In short I agree with all the grief toward scalpers, distribution etc I'll shut up haha I mean we all love DBZ and figures amiright... Oh and thanks man. Hopefully everyone gets a shot at him.

I was fully prepared to be completely disappointed with my Mexiku, but was honestly surprised with just how pleased I was with my purchase. The finish and paintwork is much improved over that of the standard Goku figure. My only real gripe with him is still the belt... I just don't see why they couldn't re-use Krillin's belt, instead of making an entirely new belt that looks totally rubbish!!!

The MG kit doesn't scale with 1:12 figures such as Figma, Figuarts, Revoltech though. There are also some of us here who aren't into model kits and prefer having the figure already assembled and ready to be displayed.

Scaling is a big issue though. While the Figurerise Gokus are great, they don't fit with other 1:12 scale/6" figures, as Gonstead said.
