I just found out that my Anime-Island July 4th order ( THANKS PRODIGY!  ) isn't going to ship until they get my entire order in stock. Which includes PCE Vegeta and the Figuarts EX Trunks. Poo! At least I get to safely update my address! Lol they state that in their policy. To work around that I made separate orders for every thing that was releasing at different dates. I then emailed them to confirm that they'll ship them accordingly |

Seems I'm a bit late to the party, but I finally got to open my Goku that arrived last week! Man you have the Dragon Boxes? You're a lucky guy! Haha, yeah, I got them on pre-order from amazon years back for about $30 each...........i'm surprised how much they went up after......the last volume isn't even opened........ |

without a doubt this Goku is the best figuarts release yet for those whove seen my customs thread before you might remember i made my own simple auras in the past, but i just had to get an offical one to go with this Goku and ive been experimenting a little, check it - Attachment Deletedsome of you might want to give it a go aswell so before you take your Christmas lights down stick them behind your effects piece!! Attachment Deleted Attachment Deletedhowever the 2nd is probably better, its just an led torch under the effect piece, obviously i'd have to set it up better so it doesnt so just look like its sat on a torch , but you get the idea!... if i remember correctly at the same time they showed the lighning effects bandai showed a base that lights up, so i guess this will be one use for it! anyone know when those bases will be released? |

I don't see the charming in those aura effects, it's just an expensive piece of plastic that looks like a bonfire behind the figure.

Getting slightly off topic but personally I feel the effect pieces look cool with the lighting this guy put behind them.

Would have been better if they made one tha is transparent with some spikes like the effect of gohan, but instead of this one bein in the back, it could go around the figure.

i will get them because i collect everything but that being said if they would of done and aura like this mewtwo one with spikes it wouldve been amazing.  |
