Just got mine. Side of the box is damaged, and Goku's head was off the joint. Idiots at the post office must have been playing catch with it. Luckily the figure has no damage.
What an awesome looking figure, especially with the aura effect. I hope they make more battle damaged figures, but if this is the only one, they hit a home run. Beautiful

Today is the day that all action figure collecting went down hill for me. There may be better figures out there, but I can't see how any figure will top this Super Warrior Awakening Goku for me since he's my favorite fictional character. I love the recent SSGSS Goku simply because the gi is so awesome, but this figure is just insane! I put my second SWA Goku head on my second regular Goku and it looks awesome! I want to get a third just to put the SSJ head on the SSGSS body because it looks so cool!

I want to get a third just to put the SSJ head on the SSGSS body because it looks so cool! I can't agree with that. I'm really looking forward to the Cell Games Future Trunks. Can't wait for that. I also dig the premium SS Vegeta and Future Trunks as well as Beerus and SSGSS Vegeta. Still a lot left to make |

Well, although saiyan armor Trunks is really cool, I assume you are being biased. I am basing myself on your avatar eddieranger. Warrior Awakening Super Saiyajin Goku is better, in my opinion, mostly because of the new mold. I have two reasons why this Goku is superior; it has a unique mold and because the detail in the ripped clothes is amazing. Unless tamashii is planning on making another battle damaged goku, there is no reason for them to reuse this mold for other figures like the original Goku mold. Apart from that this is the first battle damaged figure, and they did a great job; nicely sculpted chest and back, fixed shoulders and closely detailed ripped pants. As a bonus, since it is a unique mold specific for only one character, Tamashii might be forced to make new molds and introduce new characters. |

I'd love to see a battle damaged SS2 teen Gohan, with a PROPER kamehameha wave. Not that little piece of bland crap that Perfect Cell came with.

Whom any of you who got the aura effects, can I get a exact height and wide measurements of it? Because in some pictures that ive seen battle damaged Goku ver. (as I call it as its not when he first turned SS) with the aura effect he seems out of scale like hes too tall so he has to be crouched down, and when crouched down his feet are outside the aura effect. While we all know the aura covers the whole body in every position. If it is as it seems then why didn't Bandai made the aura effect a bit taller and wider to accommodate every pose? If its so then it makes it not worth getting, well other than for the smaller figures.
