Going to be a loooong wait! I suppose if you're lucky to get one from Japan beforehand then you'll have a step up! The mass quantities of this figure are aimed at two places: Japanese retail stores and the International Market. I wouldn't be surprised if this figure becomes the "common re-release" instead of SSJ Goku v1. Indeed. Maybe they'll end up re-releasing both, but that seems like a long shot after this. He's up on amazon for $46.99!! It's full on retail :/ P.s they also have the aura pieces for $21.99 I saw that, too. Getting four in yellow for my future Saiyans(SWA Goku, PC Vegeta + Trunks cause I missed, SS Gohan) and one in blue for Piccolo. |

I think I'm gonna give this figure a miss I really need to prioritize my figure budget I really don't want another Goku. I'm all ready getting to many figures this year on top of all the one I bought in the last six months; - MetalGarurumon - Imperialdramon Paladin Mode - Kakashi - Ultimate Gohan - SS Vegeta - Trunks (January) I'll have to skip; - Awakening Goku - SSGSS Goku - SSGSS Vegeta - Gold Frieza - Saiyan Saga Goku I may have missed something on those lists. I want something new and surprising like Broly. I was shocked they made it and by how good it was. I don't mind re-releases cause we all want the one we missed but another Goku another Vegeta both my favorite characters but at this point I'd be more surprised and excited for the farmer that shoots at Raditz. |

Well this is a regular release, not a web exclusive, so if any to skip, even how nice it looks, this is the one that can be constantly re-released.

I know some of you don't speak Spanish but I found this out of the box of the figure... Apparently is a prototype and he stills need some shadow in the chest but its gorgeous

So i'm assuming that the blue shirt is not removable as when he made him crunch forward and back the mid torso/abs looked like all one piece. Also the faces make the SS Goku faces look like crap, as they used stamp on decals intead of sculpted eyes and painted.
And I can already see this as a SDCC exclusive like this years exclusive like in the darker blue shirt, darker orange gi, maybe same SDCC SS Goku hair and darker skin tone with maybe added cuts and scracthes. And maybe blood?
I can already tell that people who customize are going to add blood and everything. Ughhh...

It would have been extremely awesome if the shirt were removable or a soft plastic piece... Anyway the figure is still the best goku action figure I`ve ever seen

We would be able to display him with the half torn shirt AND in his glorious shirtless self. If they were somehow able to make him with the full shirt, half shirt, and shirtless, holy crap  |

Unfortunately, in the scene, the blue shirt wasn't torn like that. It wasn't until after he faught frieza for a while as a ssj that the shirt looked like that
