I'm sure many people would take a new SS3 Goku anyday and when you talk about how certain figures are paired with eachother based on sagas your wrong. No figure necessarily needs to "belong" in a group. If they were following that strategy then what explains the gap between SS vegeta and the androids? It seems like that's more of a personal preference you have. Also once ultimate gohan and buu come out you'll have your "group". The only thing you've said that I agree with is the lack of villians What? I didn't mean that they "necessarily" need to belong in a group, don't know where you got that assumption from? But meant as in display or posing and such. Of course there is no rules in how to pose your figures like you can have Godzilla fighting a Evangelion or a Gundam or a Family Guy Stewie figure and such lol! But commonly people pose their figures of the same story, arc, movie and such. Because thats how they saw them or remember them. But in this case, in the SH Figuarts Dragon Ball Z line, there are characters that can be posed to together to create a scene that we've seen. Thus, I don't know why have a SS3 Goku redone again? As to a redone Perfect Cell would still fit in and make sense in the line. Still don't know why we got SS3 Goku other than fans voted for him to be done, right? But over all, i'd rather have another new character be done like Kid Buu, Cooler or Final Form Cooler, than just a simple tweeking of a existing figure to be a new figure (Vegetto) or a existing figure just colored differently (SDCC Piccolo for example) or Mexico Goku for that matter. A new character that will extend the current line.
Obviously you haven't gone through previous post on the threads here. It's pretty much been decided on that they wouldn't release a brand new figure with a new sculpt and everything because it makes no sense. And there you go again! You tell me I'm assuming stuff but you just stated you'd rather have cell because he "fits in".

Why are people arguing when its pretty much guaranteed to see a wider release? I have no idea. Jacob apparently is either a psychic or has insider info. I'm patiently awaiting tamashii to release their plans. They so far released a silhouette teaser for a new Sailor Moon figure.

I don't want to jump in on this argument, but all the dude said was he personally would rather have a new figure. That's all. He wasn't saying "Oh I guarantee its a new figure with a new sculpt." And he's correct. And in my opinion, a new Cell would fit in with Gohan and all the other Androids a lot better than a new SS3 Goku.

You tell me I'm assuming stuff but you just stated you'd rather have cell because he "fits in". Been through previous threads, and its been decided? lol! Dude, compaines will do what ever they want, they would even release a new figure with a new mold, sculpt, and everything, even for SDCC, if its good for their business. But of course they haven't release a new figure, mold, sculpt and all just for SDCC. Duh! If thats what you meant. As SDCC is like known for color variants and such mostly.
Yeah, you assumed, as you still don't get what I meant, as such you assumed yet again that I meant "grouping" as I said "fits in", while again, Cell fits in as in makes sense to have in the line, like theyre characters that support him, SS Gohan, SS Goku, normal Goku and so on, but SS3 Goku, hes just there....... Its like say got a Ox-King, does he fit in the line? Ok, now if we got a Android 19, does he fit in the line? From the two which fits in the line? Android 19, right? How are people going to pose Android 19, of course with SS Vegeta or SS Goku. Now if we got SS3 Goku again but in a different repaint. How would it fit in? Do you get my point? Thats what I meant as in "fits in", not "grouping" as your ASSUMING. How are people going to commonly going to pose their SH Figuarts DBZ figures mostly? As how they've seen them and remeber them. Now if we got a repaint of Cell, he'll still be commonly posed with Gohan, Goku, and such. And what if we got a repaint of SS3 Goku, how is he going to be commonly posed? Just floating there with his aura effects. But OF COURSE you can pose him fighting Cell and Frieza as theres no rules to how you pose your figures with. But thats what I meant in "fits in". Ok? Not as you assumed "grouping" lol!

Unlike someone. *sigh...* But anyways, on topic the Mexico Goku will fit in with the current line.
