Guys quick question about bootleg. Sadly I was a bit late with this but I had to have this MSP manga dimensions SSJ Goku it's truly unique and beautiful imo (which is weird when they first showed the statues before voting the king of coloring looked better and I kind of disliked the cell shaded one yet now my feeling is exact opposit dislike king of coloring goku but sooo in love with manga dimensions goku) . Paid 79 dollars more than I would have preferred but thats ok. The seller is from ebay, he is from Hong Kong and has 99.9% over 4.500+ feedback freemantoys it was i think he did state it was an original but still. Here are some pictures (figure hasnt arrived yet) Also for future reference if you buy from Japan sellers is it 100% original because of copyright laws ? So when you buy from japan auction you can safely buy knowing its legit ? And China is the exact opposite because it has no copyright laws ? What about Hong Kong? I know its complicated but is it not like China ? But if you buy from ebay sellers with over 99% feedback does that not guarantee authenticity ? Otherwise people would receive a lot negative feedbacks. Still I learned a lot in this thread right now im off to reading the rest its so much fun reading and learning and seeing the joy of others (i feel really bad when someone gets bootleg as if it happened to me if anyone new is reading this please please read this forum from start to end and im certain you will avoid bootleg or insanely lower your chances). Thanks guys.

I'm not sure that bootlegs exist of that figure, but if you order from a Chinese seller you're always taking a risk. It is much better to buy from a Japanese seller on ebay because at that point you're pretty much guaranteed a legit piece. And no, 99% feedback from a Chinese seller does not necessarily mean that they aren't selling bootlegs. Certain buyers either don't care about bootlegs, don't know what a bootleg is, or actively seek out bootlegs, and a good feedback rating could be reflective of that.
However, after looking at this particular seller's ratings and inventory, I would say it's safe to assume that he is selling Japanese products. The figures that I looked at do have the official Hong Kong Toei animation stickers, and if he claims the item is 100% original, you should be able to get a refund if it turns out the item is in fact a bootleg. But I'd say you're in the clear.

This one you can buy at official retailers in the US and Europe, but if Japanese sellers are selling them, they're likely scalper price from them.

100 bucks yeah right. Doesn't it cost 5000 yen so around 45 bucks ? More than double that. I bet you can import it from Japan for less than 70 later when it releases.

I will post if I see it elsewhere up for pre-order cheaper for sure. But you guys are so fast always find things earlier than most of us, dunno how lol. I just felt the need to point that out, in case someone new in here who doesn't know what the original price is, can make a better decision and not regret it later. I've been there before and I made some mistakes which is why I felt the need to write that.

Scalpers always crush our pockets lol. I hope you're wrong but if this won't show up on YAJ or another shop for max 7-8000 yen than we can always use a proxy to get them. You'll pay them their fee of 2-3k yen and they'll buy it for you. I have a feeling that it won't be hard to get this either way. I do have a off topic question about these ''prizes'' for people who know. Do these prizes always exist like 2-3 years later ? Or will it be while supplies last ?

I don't mean to be rude, but of course it'll be scalper price because it's Ichiban Kuji. Any listing we see is simply a reselling of it. And Vegeku , that link you posted leads to nothing now.
