The best way to save money on ebay is check the seller location. If its in China, it's a fake. PERIOD. This statement 99.9% true. There are a select few sellers from Europe with logistics centers in China who sell authentic products. The location for the item is listed as "China", but the actual seller themselves is located in another country. However, I've found that majority of the sellers from Hong Kong are legit. But about 30% or so sell bootlegs. |

Because China doesn't have copyright laws so they can legally duplicate or bootleg figures for profit. I know Hot Toys and authorities have cracked down on this. |

Yes they may be made in china but they are sold and distributed by the Japanese companies. If you are buying from someone in china, you are buying a bootleg.

Does the box have the Toei sticker? Gold or silver? Not ALL chiniese sellers sell bootlegs just about 95% of them do though. You just gotta learn through trial and error which sellers to trust I guess. |

If you got a Silver sticker that means your Vegetto is legit its just the HK version so you're all good. |

Anyways, considering the Figuart Zero EX is coming out, I kind of wish we were getting someone else. But Trunks is cool. |
