The hair doesn't look very good, I think it's from the transformation, but you'd probably have to pause at just the right second of the movie. It would have been better if it was like the image I photoshopped into the pic.  I am super interested in this though if it ends up being close enough to scale I can either put it directly into my collection or lengthen the legs and then do so. doomprevails88 are you willing to be the guinea pig and buy it first? |

Yeah I planned on picking on up when I found it at a decent price! Haven't found one for under like $30 yet.

Doom, I'm thinking the safest answer to that is "yes"  Or "both" Or "I'm not sure" Dakota, maybe when it's not brand new we'll be able to find them for like $15 + shipping like Yamcha unfortunately ended up being. I paid at least $45 to $60 for mine because I was scared and pre-ordered... |

I had an ebay seller from Indonesia tell me broly had a release date of 6-8-17 and that he had them in hand. He sold me one for 33$ shipped.
We shall see what he truly looks like next to sbc broly in a couple of weeks.
I just ordered a megahouse x-retro Hero and princess Snake set. I fear snake will be too large but I'm pretty sure Hero will scale perfectly.

Does anyone have any of the figures in this picture that they could put next to an Irwin or Jakks Goku figure? I could probably find some similar comparisons with Figuarts SS2 Gohan, and do some complicated Photoshop thing to try to figure this out, but I figured I would ask.  Can anyone take a picture of Figuart SS2 Gohan next to preferably the Irwin Goku in this picture? Or one of the common Jakks Gokus that doesn't use the huge Tien-size body?  |

My initial thought, that I've been trying to hold in, is that the Broly figure might be perfect, just needing his legs lengthened a little bit (because I'm too much of a perfectionist) OR the face (in particular) might be a little too large compared to Irwin/Jakks figures and he might stick out like a bit of a sore thumb, kind of like how how some of the oversized Irwin/Jakks figures don't blend in with the scale of the others.
If I remember right, Figuarts SS2 Gohan has a face about the same size as Irwin faces and he's about the same height as the 24-year-old-looking-SS-Gohan that Irwin made, so I'm thinking that Broly is likely just about perfect and totally worth getting. I just want to wait and see though...

Ok, based on this, I think Scultures Broly is going to probably be something all 5 inch scale collectors are going to want. The angle of Doom's pic doesn't match the pic somebody took of figures on their couch though, so it's not perfect, but it's within reason. And After I customize mine to be flat footed, I can lengthen his legs to make him look proportional to his character design.   I'm still going to wait until he isn't as expensive. Based on what comments I've read on Facebook, he's not going to be very popular and so I bet he can be purchased for less than $30 including shipping. Scultures SS2 Gohan is seemingly unpopular, so I would expect Broly's price to follow the trend of that release from last month, as it ages. Of course, Scultures 6 was unpopular, and they are still around $30 each on ebay. But you can get Android 18 off Amazon for $22 so that seems hopeful to me. |

That is a WCF Xeno-sama, god over all 12 universes. I have to wait and see how the show plays out to see whether or not I need to buy another lol
I cant wait to get the wcf trunks in capsule corp. sweats too. It's just Monaka I'm not sure about. I don't want to drop 40 bucks and him be waaaay too small. which may be the case.
