So far ive had 2 caramel apples 2 scoops protein shake and 2 chicken breast plan to eat more chicken for dinner  i needa update this I did infact eat my extra chicken so i had 4 chicken breast today. But i also ate a metric ton of chocolate because my sister came home with post-Halloween sale candy. |
