Mako from free is my anime bae Because of your post I googled Makoto and when I saw a blonde haired, green eyed babe with an orca (my favorite animal which I also have forever branded on my flesh) I HAD to watch it. Anyway, I watched the first season yesterday instead of working on my paper (which I am doing now) and I absolutely LOVE it. So I'd like to thank you for your excellent taste in anime babes. I only wish the 1/8 figures of Makoto and Haruka weren't sold out everywhere   Yay in glad you enjoyed it! Who did you ship Mako with?? Like who did you see him with? |

Hey Gonstead I was planning on buying some puella magi figures but I can't settle on what to get. I'm not really interested in Nendoroids so I was looking between Figma (which are well priced), the banpresto set with matching bases and the GSC statues (the most expensive). I really like the statues, but homura (my favorite character) is very expensive and has the least appealing figure design. I've been keeping an eye on the upcoming aniplex figure and I really like it, but I'm not so sure about her face myfigurecollection.net/item/196529So, any advices?? |

I don't see Nagisa with ANYONE except Rei. he campaigned way too hard to get him to join the team without a solid basis for doing so. I'm sure there were plenty of other athletic guys at the school who also said no but he kept going back to Rei (and I'm glad he did). There was totes some sexual tension between Rei and Rin when they were yelling at each other though. I'll just pretend it was over Rei being jealous that Nagisa still talked about Rin  Speaking of sexual tension, Rin and Haru against the fence... oh lawdy  |

Hey Gonstead I was planning on buying some puella magi figures but I can't settle on what to get. I'm not really interested in Nendoroids so I was looking between Figma (which are well priced), the banpresto set with matching bases and the GSC statues (the most expensive). I really like the statues, but homura (my favorite character) is very expensive and has the least appealing figure design. I've been keeping an eye on the upcoming aniplex figure and I really like it, but I'm not so sure about her face myfigurecollection.net/item/196529So, any advices?? Honestly depends on what you prefer. Articulated or Statue? If articulated, go for the Figma. None of them ever exceed 5500 at the most and most of them usually go for 3000 - 4000. Ones like Ultimate Madoka, Mami and both versions of Homura always usually go for 4500 - 5500 but rare cases they have fallen below 4000, so keep a look out. If statues, go with what you think looks the best. I don't really collect statues but I've heard good things about the 1/8 scale figures. Same with the Banpresto figures, which are much cheaper and easier to aqquire. As for that Homura you linked, I think her face looks fine. |
