i dunno do you guys ever wanna say something completely random on here but you don't know where to say it?? cause i just wanted to let you all know i killed a spider using a rice cake but i don't think there's a thread relevant to such things and.. it's not something thread worthy. this happens a lot… i wanna say something but idk where to man
FUQ IM SORRY I SWEAR I LOOKED AROUND BUT I GUESS MY ASS IS BLIND so hi i killed a spider today using a rice cake. i threw it at the spider then screamed and ran. i came back later to find the spider dead. cause of death: blunt trauma to the everyhting  |

Funny story about spiders.
I'll stay on topic for the off topic thread. My house is infested with recluse spiders. Help? How do you kill the ultimate predator? Recluse do not have to eat for a year. They need less water than they eat. They can kill you, rot your skin, and even give you diabetes! They can eat cardboard and paper. Recluse spiders birth spiders if food runs out and eat the babies. Spider spray only kills on direct contact. They can live huge lifespans for spiders. You can put down sticky traps. If you don't pick up the traps they can outlast the stickiness of the trap. I've even hear they can regrow legs. Meaning sticky traps don't do much.
This is an infestation if my knowledge of the subject didn't make it clear. 1-2 spiders per sticky trap a day. I currently have about 30 traps out in different locations. I've burned some traps with 100+ recluse on them. My doctor doesn't believe me but I have seen them bite me. My skin did not rot. Sopsedly you can't be immune to them. I'm tempted to call Stan Lee and tell him to put me on his show. Lol
A rough estimate is 5,000+ recluse in the house. The female packs the most poisen. The female lives in a wall it's whole life just to eat and make babies. I have been bit 5 times with nothing more than a bump similar to a mosquito bite. 4 of those 5 died by fist trauma to the body. All of the recluse that bit me are male from what I can tell. I don't really want to get in a argument about if they bit me or not. I saw what I saw, 5 times over. What I saw was a violin with no sound.
Do you have recluse spiders? Look at the surface of the body. If the surface has a violin shape on it, it's a recluse. The best way to remove them is, move or get sticky traps. The sticky traps are meant to starve them. Eventually, they say they get small and smaller, until the female starves. Terminex says to use sticky traps and it could take a decade to get rid of them. Pest companies can not spray and garente the work on recluse. Direct contact on the surface of each spider or no effect.
