I think you added a little too much height because the elbows aren't close to hitting the hips anymore, so he's going to look extra fat, but since he is fat, maybe that's a good thing! The sculpting looks really nice so far!

Thanks. Do his elbows hit the hips? Doesn't really look like it.

Well, his pockets should be around his hips. Based on what you've sculpted, if you put the pockets just under his elbows, they'll be pretty high up. Too late now I suppose, because if you lengthened anything but the biceps, it'd start to look weird. You aren't very far off, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just continue!

I reduced his height by about 3/4-1 cm. Probably about 1/3 done with sculpting. Legs need to thickened a lot and still got to do his left arm and so some sculpting touchups to his right arm and jacket. I wish someone would sell me a DWC Yemma for cheap lol

Legs are going to be tricky. I'm considering just taking all of the articulation out. Isn't useful anyway. What do you think?

Well... do they currently serve a purpose at all? I imagine they can't move forward or backward, but the knees and ankles work. They don't look too bad as they are... maybe you could get away with just making them wider and leaving the articulation? Nobody would blame you if you didn't modify the sculpt of the shoes because those shoes certainly have better detail than Yemma's character design and I like that.

Depends on his weight. His gut is so heavy right now, that he can't stand straight, so either I just leave the knee articulation if it holds him up or nothing at all to sturdy up his stance. Believe me, his legs can barely move due to his jacket and don't need to, so it seems worthless to have any movement down there. I just want his arms moveable.

Well, make sure to super glue everything into the perfect standing position BEFORE sculpting. Or at least super glue the knees into the position in which he can actually stand up, and leave the ankles unglued so you can make adjustments if he suddenly has difficulty standing after adding apoxie.
It would suck to get done sculpting him and end up having to modify the bottom of his feet so he can stand up stable.

Right. I'll have to modify the ankle articulation as it is. It's loose and can't hold his weight, plus the pants fold up when they meet the shoe, but on one of them, it folds up more than the other pant leg, which results in him leaning a bit on that one. I'm going to keep that articulation, but just sculpt the pant leg lower, so it's even with the other. I will be deleting his metatarsal articulation as it serves no purpose. In the end, he'll have articulation in the shoulders, elbows, and ankles. Maybe the neck too if the beard doesn't hinder it.

I like how you said "metatarsal", knowing I'd know what metatarsals are . Considering nobody else is commenting... for some reason... we might as well just act like we're just talking to each other. Metatarsal articulation is usually pretty useless. I know my King Yemma base also has it and it serves no purpose as he can't support his weight or even get into a pose where his feet are bent like that.

Lol I only learned it since my Dad had his foot amputated beyond the metatarsal bones. As for Yemma's shoes, I still want to paint them black to be accurate.
And as for no one else commenting, I don't know what the deal is.

Yep, they are definitely supposed to be black, my bad. Here are some old screenshots I made myself several years ago.

I've been extra busy lately... But that's neither here nor there. He looks like he's coming around very nicely! Retaining any articulation is gonna be difficult, but I'm sure you can handle it!
