That looks really nice! You do such a good job sculpting in a similar style to the original figures. It looks like it could be a factory part.

Do we know if each figure has a specific budget, that defines what can be done with it? I'm not all that familiar with Bandai's inner workings. But, I know with Mattel/MOTUC and Hasbro a certain amount of reuse can afford a figure extras like accessories or more detailed paint applications. I guess, I was thinking that extra heads could be a more likely possibility because Vegito was coming with them. He's mostly reuse, so I thought that played a part in it. So, if they could have Vegeta be 50-75% reuse for his body that would let them do the same.
But, like I said I'm not entirely sure what factors Bandai uses to determine what figures get more extras than others. Just applying what I know from other companies.

I don't really care for the roided out look, awkward big bulbous muscles. But, I like that outfit the best for Vegeta. I'd be happy with a new upper torso, and just reuse the arms and legs from other two Vegetas. That would allow them to put more of the figure's budget into accessories. I'd love a bunch of extra heads, some energy effects, and whatever else they could include.

Janemba has always been a cool looking character, to me. I like the character, but even if I didn't know much about him I would still like how he looks. I hope they make him, someday.

I can see them making Bardock, next. I guess I was thinking more of the movie villains. But, I don't think Cooler is that crazy of a choice. I like Cooler, and would have taken him over Broly.
Although, they could end up making Beerus or newer movie characters, first. Lol, watch them make Tarble before anyone else.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say First Form Cooler.

Well, I'm gonna pick up the Androids, Krillin, and normal Goku, next. Then, Vegito and the reissue of Gohan. I want to try to make some customs, too. It's a new addiction! One more picture, tried a little editing on this one.

Thanos is only the second wave BAF. So, if you're not too thrilled with some of wave 1 you can skip them and not worry about building Thanos. The BAF for the first wave is Odin/All-Father Thor. I want to build both Odin and Thor...so, I'm gonna have to end up with doubles of some figures. I wonder what the alternate BAF parts for Thanos will be? I think it's a safe bet that he'll have an Infinity Gauntlet alternate hand, but not sure what else they could do with him. I wish we could get him in has white robes, from when Death finally accepted him. I can't wait for the Spider-Man waves, though. That 2099 figure looks awesome, and the new body for Spider-Man looks nice. Hobgoblin is a cool figure, so I won't mind building him.

SDCC is usually right around, or the week after my birthday. So, I usually have some birthday money or gift cards I can use for it. With more and more places offering preorders on waves, and Hasbro making case packouts include every single figure, this is the best time to collect Marvel Legends/Infinites. The only thing that is annoying, are the store exclusives. Specifically, Toys R Us exclusives.

I stalked the website, until Hasbro put them up after SDCC and was able to order one. I feel so lucky, I've been able to get every SDCC exclusive since Hasbro relaunched Marvel Legends. But, you gotta make sure you catch them as soon as they get put up. I think the set was sold out after 20 minutes. Odd, since the Thunderbolts set was available for hours, practically the whole day. I know a few people attending in 2015, though. So, I might just see if they can grab the Mystic/Magic set next year.

Mmhmm! I'm crossing my fingers that Quasar will be in coming waves. Then, I would have the entire Annihilators team. I wouldn't mind some Cancerverse figures...but, I know that most likely won't happen. The Galactus Engine set was probably the only major cosmic thing we'll get not movie related. Also hoping we can get a movie Ronan. We're ridiculously short on movie villains.

At SDCC Hasbro announced a second wave, as well as a team boxset. They said that the sales were very good, and that Amazon had some of the highest preorders for the wave that they had ever seen. They were surprised that the #1 seller was the comic Nova Prime, and said that makes more comic figures much more likely in the future.

I am loving all of the Marvel movie figures. The sculpting has been superb, every figure is unique with lots of little details. Even figures that have been kinda lazy like the X-Men first class boxset and the X-Men Legends figures have been pretty good. I love the new Magneto and Stryfe. Can't wait for the second wave of Guardians of the Galaxy figures and the Annihilation boxset of the team.
