If we get Bardock, I NEED Chiiled. Super Saiyan Bardock would also be need to me. I may be the only person who likes Tien's attire in the Buu Saga more than any other Saga. I would have voted for him, as well. Just noticed I left off Super Saiyan God Goku. My response to that? Too bad! I can't edit the poll, and it takes forever to remake it from scratch. If they decide to make Beerus, they will make SSG Goku without us voting on him anyway, so at least this mistake is basically as minor as possible. I honestly didn't notice until you mentioned it. Tapion would be awesome. I just love the character's design so much. My apologies, Gonstead! I'll remember that from now on. Thanks for merging the posts, Branjita!

Voted for Kid Goku, Pan, SS4 Goku, SS4 Vegeta, SS4 Gogeta, Baby Vegeta (which could actually be three different versions/forms), Super Android 17, and Omega Shenron from Dragonball GT. I would have voted for Uub and Majuub figures, as well. Majuub design was awesome. Three versions/forms of General Rilldo, too. Nouce, Eis, and Syn Shenron. Just being picky. :-P If they release an anime Perfect Cell I think that would be the best time to re-release Manga Gohan. But will Super Saiyan 3 Goku be able to get a rerelease as a SDCC exclusive? Because he is a Tamashi Web Exclusive. SDCC Exclusives are repaints that are anime correct rather than re-releases. The molds are the same but sometimes improved. SDCC Vegeta seems to have been improved from the Web Exclusive Scouter Vegeta. So even though, for example, Super Saiyan 3 Goku was a Tamashii Web Exclusive, Bluefin can repaint the figure, to resemble the anime more, and release it as an SDCC Exclusive. So if Super Saiyan Goku was repainted for a SDCC Exclusive, chances are Super Saiyan 3 Goku being repainted aren't that far-fetched at all. Especially if Kid Buu is going to be released soon, Super Saiyan 3 Goku will be in high demand. I've honestly had no problems with Super Saiyan 3 Goku though, I think it's a great figure. Is it true that tamasshi is planning on making a majin vegeta sh figuarts If they know what's good for them. My apologies, Gonstead! I'll remember that from now on. Thanks for merging the posts, Branjita!

I prefer Manga Goku over SDCC Goku, a lot. Which is great because I can save that money for other characters.
Manga Piccolo and SDCC Piccolo are both great figures. Both are different enough to stand out, too.
I prefer SDCC Gohan over Manga Gohan because that's my favorite part in the anime. That's the only time I truly wanted an anime correct figure the most. When/if Manga Gohan gets re-released, I'll buy at least two of him.
Scouter Vegeta over SDCC Vegeta. I really like the colors of SDCC Vegeta but I don't plan on opening him an displaying him in the foreseeable future.

Hey, So i just got this figure from a source on ebay, it has the authenticty label from Toei. But every other figure i have has the S.H figuarts brand name printed on the top edge of the box, this one has it in the middle of the box. Can someone clarify this for me? I have upload picutres on imgur. Thanks in advance for your help guys. Pic 1 : i.imgur.com/b5fibrN.jpgPic 2: i.imgur.com/5lV9N25.jpgPic 3: i.imgur.com/Qj9pqMo.jpgThose are the figures, the figure appears to be authentic, but i found it out that all my other figuarts had the brand name on the top left of the box, but this one in the middle. The Toei Sticker is there, but my only concern was the position of the S.H figuarts Brand name. I believe that's just the difference between the original release and the re-release, the latter being what you're explaining. My Manga Goku and Manga Piccolo have the S.H. Figuarts logo in the middle so you're all good.

I really enjoy the Stage Act 4 displays. I believe those are the ones that come with certain DragonBall Z figures. I just bought some off of Toyz in the Box with the coupon.
Have you looked into Saint Cloth display stage? I'm eventually going to purchase a set. Comes with energy effects, regular displays, and a small aura feet effect.

So, it seems that its release date is still due to "late September" in Japan while it is due to October 31 in USA. Yeah, Amazon is advertising them for October 28th so it'll be awhile for me.

Yeah...we aren't getting very many characters a year as it is. I would prefer if they don't take up precious releases with "damaged" variants, even if they are iconic. Fully alternate costumes would be more tolerable, but I would still prefer something "new" instead; whether that be a character or form. Yeah, damaged "variants" should be left for the end of the line if they've gone through all of the saiyans.

I probably should have been more specific and stated that there hasn't been a human looking S.H. Figuart in the Dragon Ball Z line that didn't come with shoulder pads or covers. Trunks has a jacket and Super Saiyan Vegeta has the saiyan blue suit that don't make the joints stand out. Frieza's an alien and is mostly one color. The only human/saiyan one I can think of is Nappa but his body was also bigger to compensate. Once Tamashii feels comfortable with the open shoulder joint, that opens a lot of opportunities. Season 1 Goku, Raditz, Tien, Yamcha (I believe), and even Bardock. Battle damaged Goku. Future/Older Trunks with no jacket or cut sleeves. Errrm... I'm pretty sure they're comfortable. Them bastards. Where's my Tien and Yamcha! Thanks, Saiyaman!

Well Broly doesn't have shoulder pads or covers, so that time is upon us Neither does Frieza, Trunks, 18 or SS Vegeta I probably should have been more specific and stated that there hasn't been a human looking S.H. Once Tamashii becomes comfortable by producing characters that don't have shoulder pads/covers, I'm sure they'll develop a prototype of a battle damaged Goku to see how it turns out.

Someday I will get SDCC goku and ss vegeta. For now I can deal with the manga goku and Datong vegeta. I always tell myself that someday there will be someone or a store out there that know nothin about the $$ value of these figures. I didn't know jacksdo and Datong are different company?also a seller from eBay in hongkong told me about ss2 being in the process. When I get a chance I'll ask him again about ss2 goku. He also told me about ss3 goku head (jacksdo) before they even release him That's how I got Super Saiyan 3 Goku. It was still pricey but it was no where near what people on eBay were selling him for. You may have that luck with Super Saiyan Vegeta, you never know. I thought all the bootlegs were from the same company until I read more about it. Really? That sounds like a solid source if they mentioned Super Saiyan 3 Goku head before it was released.

I'm going to go a liiiiitle off topic here but I'm curious what was the most money you guys ever spent on an action figure? (Not counting statues or anything like that.)
I think the most I ever spent on an individual figure, was a couple years back when I spent $270 on a Hot Toys Mark IV Iron Man
Edit: I do have to say, he was sooo worth it. Especially because he runs for like $400-$500 now! If you're willing to spend a specifically high amount of money on an action figure, I feel it's always worth it if you truly want it. I've bought quite a lot of things that were expensive but never reflect back on it because I enjoy having those items a lot.

I started late February of this year, I have all except ss vegeta and SDCC goku. Also I just sold my manga gohan, so I don't have him in my collection anymore. I had 2 trunks figure but sold 1 recently, I had 2 SDCC gohan but I also recently sold 1 and 2 ss3 goku and also recently sold 1. I wanted to keep/buy 2 figures of each but it's hard when other priorities comes up. I was able to afford these figures by customizing. Couple months ago I had a chance to own SDCC goku and as vegeta someone here was selling it for $190 SDCC goku and vegeta for $170. Now I'm kicking my ass for not buyin it. It's horrible because those prices sound heavenly at this moment. At least for SDCC Goku. I still have a problem with Super Saiyan Vegeta. The demand for him just makes it seem ridiculous considering that it's only a couple faces and hands along with the figure. I applaud DaTong for making a pretty decent, and most importantly affordable, bootleg and I would have no problem if they continue to do so with other figures. Jacksdo is doing great things, too. Super Saiyan 3 Goku and long haired Super Saiyan Trunks heads. Along with a rumored Super Saiyan 2 Goku? Hell yeah.
