I think it’d be SS4 Goku, Vegeta, Gogeta, Super Baby Vegeta, Omega Shenron, Pan, and Trunks with a black star for each. Those are the top 7 that would be considered a complete GT like. Super 17 is a possibility too but then I’d think they’d just do a double pack of Pan and Trunks

I’m really hoping they use this Vegetto as a convention exclusive one day and give us his Buu Saga repainted colors with a base and SS head to go with it

Yep. This head is just a waste of accessory in my opinion... I mean... who’s gonna pose one of the best figures of the line like that? Me

That shadow right above his head at first glance made his head look teeny tiny in the first pic. Solid af figure 🙌🏼

Predictions on the after market price of Omen Goku when they stop this run of production? Anyone think he's going to be rare? You'd be a dumbass to think Goku ain't gonna be rare. My estimates on price would probably have to be: $30-$80 - Loose (depending on condition/accessories) $120-$150 - Used with box (depending on condition) $180-$250 - MIB Rough estimates, probably most likely definitely wrong, but I dunno. Might explode on the second hand. I’d say you’re pretty on the nose considering damn near every figure save for a few of the more recent ones are at least $90 and up. I’d say a majority now are at least $100-150 all of a sudden. These are back in the day prices which suuucked, people gotta stop paying these prices damn it! Collector’s are shooting themselves in the foot giving in to the aftermarket

To those that bought the Dragon Stars Freezer... what y’all gonna do with it? That’s why I don’t buy placeholders. Tamashii will eventually always get to the figure you want. Patience is the name of the game when it comes to collecting

Great looking figure but am I the only one bothered the colors don't match regular Vegeta at all? lol That’s literally the only thing that bothers me. I’m fine with the size, if it were in scale it’s be the size of small child and probably in the thousands so that’s unrealistic. It’s good enough for an average display at a reasonable price for all that plastic. Besides that it looks like an awesome figure and hopefully we get a regular one in the nude one day 😂

If no one pays the high prices, there will be no scalping. Like crisis said, everyone wants it NOW so collectors end up shooting themselves in the foot and then complain. If we all collectively banned together and refused to pay these prices we wouldn’t pay them but that’s not realistic so this is just how collecting is and forever will be, sad to say. Supply and demand

I think SS4 Goku and Vegeta dont need a dragon ball to sell, to me it makes more sense to have the GT starring trio (kid Goku, Pan and Trunks) but who knows They definitely don’t need a dragon ball but Tamashii would be wise to start off strong or else they risk going the way of the Dragon Ball line. They started with a manga exclusive obscure Bulma instead of coming right out with the Kid Goku (and also screwing up the scale). I can already see how many people would be pissed tf off if the very first GT reveal was Pan or a repainted Kid Goku, which could arguably said is the weakest part of the series to begin with. If you’re an executive making decisions about taking a chance on the GT line, the best thing is show that its worth continuing so they need some good chunky profits from the start which SS4 will most definitely produce.

GT is inevitable, they’ve just got so much ground left to cover still with Z and Super so they’re focusing on those rn riding the momentum and also trying to take out the third party competitors
I think within the next year we’ll see the first GT release and it’ll be an out of the blue announcement. 99% likely it’ll be SS4 Goku to start off and they’ll include the black star balls with each figure

The way that tweet was worded is very obviously hinting towards at least those two. It’s just too out of the ordinary to not be a reference. The peanut butter jelly thing could indeed be SS3 but could also just be Trunks and Goten. I’d say at the very least Cooler and Launch are 99% confirmed.
Launch is a great choice for the DB line and will 9/10 have both hairstyles. Then again they could do one for now and have an exclusive in the other form later if they wanted to milk it 🤔
Cooler I’m hoping is the fourth form since they could make at least a metal Cooler with a simple repaint (or if you count Heroes, golden Cooler too). Final form would be awesome too but riskier for them since he’d be more expensive. There’ll probably test the waters with the smaller one imo but I’m excited either way 😁

I bought that manga one for the the same reason, just for that stinkin ball 😂
Imo they should’ve started with Kid Goku or the Pink Bulma and then Roshi, Krillin, and Yamcha, completing it with King Pickles and maybe Chi Chi. Also they should’ve all been in scale too, that irks the hell out of me and is probably why the line hasn’t done so well. The second wave could’ve been the ones we got now with a Tien, and a few others like young adult Goku. Point is, they started off weak with a manga only Bulma and never caught momentum. I’d say they’re gonna finish this wave with those glowing dragon balls and then probably call it

Tamashii might also pull a fast one & release Zarbon & Dodoria as Figuarts Zero statues, so I would keep my expectations low so I wont be disappointed I don’t think they’d do that, Zarbon is too popular to be given the Zero treatment and Dodoria probably as well. They’ll most likely be part of the second wave of Namek figures with repainted glowing dragon balls

So it’s been a hot minute since I posted but I had to reevaluate my collecting and did a massive sell off. Currently still in the works but I’ve decided to stop collecting every other line (Figma, other series Figuarts, etc) and just collect Dragon Ball Figuarts strictly. I’ve been keeping tabs on the new stuff whilst selling and when I saw that Sign Goku and the entire Ginyu Force I decided to get back in the game and just be selective and patient. I tried to get out but they got me by the dragon balls once again. Like an addict to his crack pipe, I couldn’t resist 😅 With that, I’m back on the forums and I’m excited to rebuild my collection and talk/debate with ya’ll about these awesome figures once again 😎 Good to see you again Prodigy! Thanks brotha! Good to be back 😁 What do you guys think they’ll reveal next? I’m thinking First Form Frieza and Krillin to go with Gohan and round out the Namek releases for now. On top of that they might throw in a Super or other random one in there as well. I’m also expecting to see a Namek second wave with the different colored “glowing” dragon balls just like the Dragon Ball line is doing at some point in the future too 🤔
