I bought 2 of them... I would buy more if I had the funds. I've always liked that odd color scheme Vegeta had.

What are capsule R releases? They're sets of reissued Capsule Neo figures... Capsule R itself means Capsule Returns. Megahouse started releasing these sets when Battle of the Gods released in theaters in Japan. Unlike other Megahouse Capsule figure releases, there are no gold variants in the box... All the figures are full color.

I'd expect the Styling figures to look noticeably worst in the final product. That's not to say they'll be bad though.

These came in the mail today. I am happy that MegaHouse decided not to have any worthless gold variants in the Capsule R releases.

Why is that, if you don't mind me asking? I've been really hoping for a Vegeta and Trunks re-release, especially after seeing their respective prices skyrocket, not to mention the high demand they bring in being two of the more popular characters. It would almost be silly if they didn't re-release the top dogs. Bandai Tamashii Nations: Because every release after that was an international release! So you had your chance to get them and if you didn't, tough luck because its our policy not to re release exclusives! *middle finger* That's how I interpret their logic anyway... I'm not entirely sure, but doesn't the "exclusive/limited" tag only apply in the Japanese/Asia market [Possibly outside the entire US market]. The US market should be considered a standard release... Of course the exclusivity in any market would make a re-release more unlikely...

Gohan is missing his shoulder pieces... Still for $25, you can't really complain.

Well looking at the market, it really has to be SH Figuarts... I actually quite like the line of figures itself, but prices that people are willing to pay for them is simply insane. It's even to the point where people are paying decent amounts for a BOOTLEG version of it...

Raditz and Nappa are disappointing? HQ DX skipped them Compared to what could have been done, kind of. In other words, there are other characters I would have rather seen. My disappointment is mainly aimed at SSJ Goku and Vegeta... And some slight disappointment towards Bardock.

A really disappointing line up. 2nd form cell is decent I guess though.

I'd only expect Gohan to get a rerelease. The others though have the possibility of recolors for SDCC.

I would probably just use a random number generator online. It's extremely simple to do and human error is not a factor.

I'm not a big Broly fan, in fact quite the opposite, but I still plan on buying this... Why? It's because the aftermarket value on this thing will be insane after it's sold out.
