For those of you relying on Bluefin to sell SDCC Goku at a reasonable price, you may not want to get your hopes up too high. Last year when Arlia Vegeta was released, I refused to pay over $75 (eBay prices were ~$130) immediately after the con, and insisted that Bluefin had a secret stash that would be available to the public. Long story short, it's been over a year and I still don't have SDCC Vegeta.... But then again, Tamashii has become less predictable this year, and could very well surprise us again. Bluefin had SDCC Arlia Vegeta. $65 ea.

I still can't get on board with the SSGSS Goku... It just looks off. Vegeta looks good though.

Nice! Will you be collecting the RAH SNK line?? I just wanted an Armin figure, so why not get the best one available. I might get a few more SNK RAH's, but it's not a huge priority at the moment.

Crocapete It is simple... limit the number you can purchase per pass holder just like they did with mexicoku. Also japan cant get mad they almost ruined this line by not supporting it, and almost every company has an exclusive for sdcc including hot toys who are probably way more popular in china then anything is in japan. Exactly. Japan can go to hell regarding the DBZ line. The international market is the primary consumer of these figures, Tamashii should cater to them. I remember a time where I saw SS Vegeta in a bargain bin in a few places... Those were the days eh?

40 minutes??!!!! Holy crap I was just taking a guess. I guess I will write this dude off competely then or wait until there is a KO of him. That is redic that he sold out this quick. Did the original SS SDCC Goku sell out that fast back in 2011? Coot The OG didn't sell out this fast cuz the line wasn't nearly as big as it is now. Plus, scalping was nowhere near where it is today. It's only gonna get worse from now on... I wouldn't worry too much about it getting that much worst in the future. DBZ figuarts are sitting on a bubble that's bound to burst at some point.

There is no such thing an inexperienced bidder, just consumers with money. That sir, is a stupid belief. Of course there is such a thing as being inexperienced or even totally inept at bidding, as it is in all things. There are tactics in bidding that come only from experience. An experienced bidder may even win out against those with a much more endowed purse, through such tactics. It is not always those with the most money that wins. The real reasons for inflation come mainly from inexperienced bidders frantically driving the price up through fear or losing out. Essentially this is in essence how all of the world's economy functions. There will always be good purchases and bad purchases, just like investments. Naturally it takes an experienced bidder to discern the two and know when to invest. That is why you sir are wrong. Yet you dropped 170 on this figure. Thanks for driving up the price for us true collectors. You should really learn to be a more experienced bidder.

So many people blaming scalpers... but, the price is ultimately driven by the buyers, especially in this case.

Geez... The DoD line is total crap. How disappointing.... The Freeza DoDs at least look passable, but it's certainly not the quality I'd expect considering the price range. I have to seriously wonder what MegaHouse is thinking with these figures. They're way off the mark.

Of course there's more serious reasons than this... But still.. Last time I checked Washington state is not Florida.

Probably more likely a fluke.
I had the HK(Asia) and Japan version of Perfect Cell. The Japan version had some massive imperfections to it.
