Majin Vegeta is now for sale; great? Yes, but not that much to me. I don't mean i don't like that figure, now, it's looking really good. But what i mean is that they should consider to fit figures in pairs. Majin Vegeta needs either Big Boo or Goku SSJ2 to exist! OK, big boo as been seen, but it doesn't mean for sure he will be released. thereby, i prefer to wait before buying MV, wich i would definitely prefer to fit with Goku SSJ2 than big boo. We have adult Gohan, but still waiting for super boo or buutenks to fit with!! We don't have any figure at the moment to display our adult gohan in action! Another statement i would like to make is that they should finish sagas before starting others. They've released lately some nice figures from the saiyan saga: Yamcha, Ten shin han,Scouter Vegeta and Nappa. But what about Kid Gohan? Same thing about DBS, we now have Resurection Frieza, but nothing about Jiren, Kefla or Migate no Gokui Goku from the tournament. I have to admit that at this point, i really don't care about DB figures, cause they still have many figures to realease before. I'm really wondering what's their logic in all that. Boo is due for July, I think. This would be cool, that would mean they keep selling one figure a month. Thereby, we might be expecting 5 figures left for the 2nd half of 2018. My predictions: August: Gotenks (because he has been seen a lot these last months) September: Muten Roshi October: Bulma November: Goku 2.0 December: Zamazu (the surprise) If my dreams come true: Aug: Kid Gohan + Gohan cyborgs era combined in one box Sep: Super boo October: Goku SSJ2/Goku namek (yes, sometimes, we have 2 combined the same month, so why not) november: Jiren December: Goku Migate no Gokui

I don't get the $ strategy, because with manufacturing figures that can't fit with any others, they're losing money. For example: i really may not buy Majin Vegeta if Goku SSJ2 is not realeased. Both gathered would make 100 to 120 euros! I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who's buying figures in order to recreate epic fights from the manga or the anime. By the way, what makes you think that kid Gohan is less popular than Yamcha or Ten shin han? Couldn't the same thing be argued about SSJ3 Goku though? How many people passed on him because there is no Buu figure to display him with? From what I can see he sold pretty well. Vegeta is no exception. As a collector who likes to display figures in Dioramas, I completely sympathise with you, but I don't think that's the agenda for many casual collectors. Also, by making Vegeta a webshop exclusive, they've obviously already considered this a potential issue for the domestic sales. With webshop exclusives, the quantity is made to order (with a small buffer). So if you don't place an order, your figure won't get made, it's no great loss to them. As far as kid Gohan, I just don't see much imagery/merchandise in the fandom. Typically his most iconic apperache is as SSJ2 in the Cell Games. If Goku SSJ3 is selling well, i might be wrong, nevertheless, you still can display him with Beerus. Anyway, if many buyers do'nt mind to display their characters as seen in the anime/manga, or even don't do that at all, we should forget about some of our dreams. Vegeta is an exclusive? I'm surprised cause he's already for regular sale in my country. OK for kid Gohan, i tought he was much more popular and demanded!

I feel like they purposely create holes in their production to give them some insurance, and something to fall back on in case demand does drop. Holes such as Super Buu with Gohan, Gohan-Buu with Vegito, Kid Gohan with Piccolo, SS2Goku with Majin Vegeta, anime-colored Nappa with Tenshinhan, Android 19 with SSGoku, etc. If i understand right, you mean they keep in mind to fill the holes by releasing the pairs you mention if the sales in general are droping?

The logic my friend, as is the case with most things, is $$$$. As with most figure makers, for the most part they cater for what is popular. I said it before, but SH Figuarts was born with the advent of Kai and predominantly aimed at the domestic market. The thing that stands Tamashii apart from other manufacturers however, is that now, 10 years on, they are marketing towards a global fanbase, and not just Japan. You still find that figures that will sell well in Japan will be regular release, whilst those that perform better internationally will be webshop exclusives, but at least they make them. They then alternate which products they bring to market accordingly. To your point, in the simplest terms, figures need to sell a certain quantity to make profit. Whatever market research they've gathered, obviously indicates that making saiyan saga Gohan will not make them as much money as a Yamcha, Tien or even Majin Vegeta. Majin Vegeta is also a perfect example of a character who is more popular in the west than the east. Guaranteed he will sell more units internationally. The new goku on the other hand will likely do very well in Japan alone! They're both from Belgium (I am too). Ordered from both. With La Cité des Nuages you can have 10% off if you pay 30€ for being a member a year. But indeed the "problem" is, these belgian retailers get the figures very late... Mythfactoryshop has some great reductions at this moment too! Ho, my mistake, i had in mind Myth factory was french. Anyway, you're right, we have to wait so long in Belgium to get our figures.

For the first time I'm glad to see a figuarts be a webshop exclusive! Majin Vegeta Up at NY and will be available for about 3-4 months! I'm very nervous about Goku considering how fast Frieza sold out. Now Frieza is for sale in Europe, i found him easily

Yes, Goku and Boo look great! but anyway, Frieza 2.0 doesn't still come out!! Does anyone have any information about that figure? will frieza 2.0 will finally be released? Thanks. I'm tired of seeing nice prototypes if nothing happes for real! Frieza already has a release date and was up for preorder a couple days ago on the Japanese sites. The other retailers should have him up soon Yeah, Frieza already went up and sold out in Japan. I can't find a pre-order anyway. Kinda sucks. OK thanks guys. i hope Prodigy is right and european sellers will release him soon!
