Not really forgotten, they were never planned. This is from back when Tamashii admitted to making figures purely as display/art pieces for trade shows. As opposed to now where almost everything new we see is an actual production prototype.

Champa and Vados were shown back when Tamashii made prototypes just to show at events (not actual planned releases), along with the SS3 Vegeta, Angel Goku, OG Nappa prototype, etc.
Not to say we'll never get those figures (we eventually got Nappa after all) but just saying those old prototypes don't really mean anything.

i guess GT is not really marketable...not a single GT figure as of yet. I'm guessing that's what they think, at least given we saw the SS4 prototype a few times but nothing more. I think GT is still way more popular than they realise though, just going by things like the DBS card game, Dokkan Battle and DBFighterz even. The GT series itself might not be that popular but the characters/forms certainly are.

It's not that wierd. They used to give us a big info dump at SDCC followed by nothing for months, now they just space it out more giving us one announcement per event.

They've never shown any SHF UI Goku, we've seen SS4, GT/EoZ and even Angel Goku that never got made but never UI.

Very happy to see he comes with crossed arms, not that I ever really expected he wouldn't but still nice to see

What is with the shoulder joints and pads? Looks really weird. Looks like there is a gap between the shoulders and the shoulder-pads so you could probably lower them a bit and it'd look much better. Just bad posing I think.

SO the two last dragon balls come with a new Bulma !! im glad she will be really nice next to exclusive kid Goku !! the face looks great and i really hope a small Oolong will come with her ! No, one of those is the five-star ball (same as the other Bulma), still missing the seven-star ball.

Given the lack of accessories they've given with Goku figures lately, I expect any UI figure would just be one or the other, no extra heads or anything. Personally I'd love it if they gave us both heads and a two-piece (connectable) blue shirt so he could be displayed either way but I don't see it happening.

Goku- YES YEAH FINALLY OH MY YEASS Frieza- the form was stupid Gohan- I didn’t get the first one, so works for me. And new head. Goku Black- does he have the base head still? If so, then maybe. I can't imagine they'd remove the base head from Goku Black, probably just not being shown - there's also no pics of the Flying Nimbus with Kid Goku so unless they're both being removed for some reason, I'd say it was just an oversight.

Honestly I am excited for Jiren but I honestly don’t think he will come with any effects aside from the normal parts ( Faces, hands) still will be awesome to pose him with an S.H. Figuarts MUI Goku when they officially announce him. He doesn't really have any notable attacks that they could give him effect parts for. Though I know it's unlikely (especially with him being such a bulky figure) I'd rather they threw in a swappable torso with the shirt ripped off

FFS, pretty much the same locations as always. How can they call it a 'world tour' when three of the stops are in North America and two in China...
I guess it's not as bad when none of the exclusives are overly exciting (I can't even tell how that Frieza is any different to the original) but still annoying that they keep ignoring most of the world.

You're not wrong, they could do much better than they have been, recent Marvel Figuarts are a perfect example. I won't spoil Endgame for those who haven't seen it but I'll just say the new Thanos figure is not accurate to the film and it'd be very easy for them to fix it but I don't see it happening. As for the Gogeta nose, I've seen people complaining about it elsewhere too but it's accurate to the film, for some reason AT/Toei decided to give him a big nose with his re-design. Go and watch the close-up shot when he uses Kamehameha and you can see it pretty well

Regardless of quality, I cannot in good concience support a company like Demoniacal Fit. I do hope that Tamashii is compelled to increase quality and range of characters as a result. Thats the only way to win. Why not Cuz of the "stolen molds" thing?. If something as big as a Hollywood movie production can listen to fans and stop filming to rework what the fans concerns are about aka Sonic, then why can't the same happen when voicing our frustrations with things like this? As others have pointed out its laziness plain and simple. I have no problem giving my money to a company that creates an in demand quality product that bandi tamashi wont! I assume you're talking about the Sonic film but that's not a great comparison to make here... The Sonic film is in early post-production, though their timeline might be pushed back slightly, they are still at an ok stage to make edits to the CG throughout the film. The Vegeta Figuarts on the other hand is complete, that's why we're seeing pics of it now, changing it now would require a full recall which can cost insane amounts of money and likely delay future products (also costing them money).

So he's about the same height as Super Buu? Damn, guess that explains the price.
