This was the Gohan that pretty much started it all for me. I had Gohan figures before him, but really, this was the real start to my collection. My friend had known how much I wanted this for months, and he ended up buying it for me after the prices had already skyrocketed. Although I like the SDCC coloring more, this Gohan still holds a special place in my little fangirl heart lol.

I can't stand the freckles they put on him, yet he's still an awesome figure. One I have yet to catch.

I agree. Started it all for me.
I'd seen the goku randomly on the internet and thought it was cool, but when i saw this...the ss2 head...i knew it was a must-have. And so my figuarts journey began...
As a kid, I always dreamed of a quality ss2 gohan figure to match the valor of the form, and finally about 7 years later it was so...
Still much prefer this to the SDCC for it's OG pimpin', and cause i prefer the ideal of lighter cloth hues to match the super saiyan aura.

Am I the only one here that thinks both Gohan's and Piccolo's capes should've been made with cloth instead of plastic.

Cloth capes would have been cool. Especially if they had wire in them to pose the cape how you wanted.

I was super excited when I first got this gohan as I had always wanted a good ss2 teen gohan and there really weren't any articulated ss2 ones until this one came out. I got lucky and got him close to when he first came out and paid around $45-$55 I member looking every where trying to find one that wasn't really over priced which was hard since I didn't get him right when he came out. Once I acually got him at the house I couldnt put him down, I'll bet I spent the whole day swapping out parts and basically playing with him lol After I found out how great gohan was I tried my best to find a goku but at that piont he was so expensive and I was looking for other figures mainly jakks plus at that point it looked like they where going to do the same thing with the Figuarts line that they did with the medicom figures where they released some awesome figures but only a few and the scale was so diff from jakks and Irwin that I gave up on finding goku and piccolo at that piont

I basically did the same thing when I got my original goku and piccolo. I pretty much kept swapping the parts and made the fight each other in diffrent poses.

Same here. I just loved the amount of articulation and accessories all these guys have come with.
