Oh colors, I thought you meant the joints and all, because theyre all the exact same, may feel tighter and such but that's only because the figure is just new. But in terms of color yeah they are, but I think SDCC Piccolo green skin tone is just too dark. I prefer the manga color green skin tone, but wish the gi was exactly like the SDCC, then it'd be more actual anime colors. But hopefully this SDCC Broly will be good.

Where do most of you guys order your S.H.Figuarts from? If you want to get the new releases as early as possible you order from websites that are based from Japan like amiami.com. Sites like Kirinhobby are okay but you won't get the preorders released as fast. If the figuart is already released and web exclusive or SDCC there is Amazon and Ebay which are your best bet. Amazon has free one day shipping if you are a prime subscriber and pay over a fixed amount. Got android 18 for 89Usd no tax and free one day shipping so trust me its lit. Ebay is your go to for custom figuarts, used figuarts, and auctions in general.

I swear it would be soooooooo odd, a surprise, and funny if Bandai/Tamashii announces the SDCC exclusive and its not Broly after all!

I noticed today that toyzinthebox has Android 16 for $50. Think I paid $65 for that. Amazing how the price has dropped that much even a year after it's release. I think you can get it in the $40's on Ebay.

Yeah, I find it really strange. I mean, he was a perfectly good figure! He ticked all the boxes he needed to. I guess A16 himself is not too popular?

Which makes me worry as to whether we'd ever see a different form Cell, as Android 16 is actually a very popular and iconic character. It's success probably even impacted on Tamashii's decision to hold on the Buu's and SSJ4 Goku.

Android #16 is still cheap, huh? That's great news for me. Although I don't have #17, and it wouldn't be as fun without the trio. He's at about $100, I don't like him nearly enough for that...

If anything, the Resurrection F and Dragon Ball Super designs/releases pushed Tamashii Nation's original plans, which appeared to be Buu Saga focused, back. Super Saiyan 4 Goku is a guaranteed sell and has been shown to receive upgrades since its 2014 reveal. Android 16's sales more than likely gave Tamashii Nations the reason not to focus on less popular, supporting characters for awhile.

I mean don't get me wrong, I know in the fandom SSJ 4 Goku is huge, but honestly, I don't know if GT has quite as many fans as the original series does. If it was all because of RoF and Super, then why are Tamashii giving us a new SSJ Trunks and Vegeta figures. There is no current story arc hype supporting these choices. They are simply reverting back to the characters that they know sell well, which I believe was in part a result of 16, Vegetto and Gohan's poor sales.

To think only about 4 years ago during this time Tamashii displayed Nappa along side scouter vegeta during SDCC & NYCC. It might be awhile or never that they revisit the saiyan saga which feels like lost potential.
