So, I've decided to repost this into here with a few little tweaks added to it because I've made a few discoveries since last night, so here we go: It seems like my bad luck with Super Saiyan Gokus has returned to strike my 2011 Goku. Not in the form of a broken wrist, but in the form of a ratchety torso. The inner mechanism that houses his hip articulation (the drop-down part to be specific,) is loose and I can't pinpoint what's wrong with it for the life of me. I originally thought something in the joint had broken off over time, which was swiftly shot down by the fact that SSGSS Goku 1.0 has the exact same leg articulation, down to the joint itself, but doesn't have this problem. I checked Kaiohken to see if this carries over to him, but it seems like he has a much bigger inner thigh joint, as it fills up the entire peg hole, as pictured: Whereas 2011 and SSGSS don't have a joint that fills the entire hole. Now, I've taken my OG Goku from 2014 as well as SSGSS apart at the torso and left leg to see what the problem was (because base Goku had the exact same problem as 2011,) and I found that I was actually wrong. Well, kinda. In the images below, you will see a little split where the joint drops down on SSGSS Goku, then the seam is much less visible on 2011 Goku (never taken apart for these pictures because I'm afraid of breaking it.) As you can (hopefully) see, the hole may not have been vertically filled, but it was actually horizontally filled with a gap in between where the joint can drop down and what connects the waist together. I don't know how to word it exactly, but the side without the ball ans stick has a gap in between the side that does on SSGSS Goku, whilst 2011 doesn't have that.
