Other than the dot matrix in her printed eyebrows, she looks flawless. I still think this was a dumb outfit for Bulma to be made in, since it is only in 1 manga cover and nothing else (except recent things), but it looks fantastic. Hopefully they'll make another Bulma in the future that is a bit more useful; either a generic outfit that is hard to place in the DB or DBZ timeline, or an iconic one like DB episode 1.
Customizing this Bulma would be super difficult, but this would be a good generic outfit:
I'd heavily prefer this outfit if they make a DBZ line Bulma:
They have a ton of outfits to choose from, as this fanart shows. This is the artist of this cool piece by the way: pulp-punk.tumblr.com/ though I scrolled through and didn't see any particularly incredible DB pieces similar to this. Kind of a shame. It'd be fun to see one of these for Yamcha, Chi Chi, and a few others.
The top right one is so generic, I don't know where exactly that one appears. That one would be fine with me. The bottom left is a cool outfit I never thought of before.

Well despite my gripes about outfits and scaling, on its own merits it looks quite good. The gun will be fun to pose with. I see the goggles can be removed, but I doubt she can actually wear them.
We kind of have a Kid Goku situation with the faces - three variations on "happy". They look nice, but an angry face would have allowed classic interactions with Goku and Roshi. I mean in DB, Bulma's main character trait is yelling at everyone!
I totally agree Branjita, the second outfit you posted would be a great non-specific DB Bulma. A DBS Bulma (in mainline scale) would also work quite well, it would probably match with the most possible existing figures.
