Hey guys been a while! I was hoping one of you could help me out with something about Amazon? I've never bought anything from there so sorry if it's a lame question, but i got a refund on a Figuarts i purchased with the reason being 'customer return'. I didn't ask for a refund, so was this cause by the seller? If so, shouldn't the order say cancelled or something along those lines, because it still says arriving at a certain date?

Didn't provide a tracking number, but he marked it as shipped the next day. Still says it'll arrive around the 22. There's a transaction tab(?) that shows i got a refund, assuming he caused it wouldn't the order status be changed to something else like canceled?
Edit: I messaged the seller, and he said that he was contacted by the courier and was told they lost the package so he canceled it. Is the seller supposed to update the status of the order, or is there something im supposed to do?
