In this thread, we will be discussing anything, and everything to do with the S.H.Figuarts Time Patroller (Xenoverse Edition). It's ok to go off topic, but try and stay on the topic of Time Patroller. Thanks!

Vegeta remains the only Saiyan figure that doesn't come with both base and SS head. I'm most likely gonna skip this figure. Don't like how there's no change in the SS hair. Only Vegeta gets away with that.

Yeah, it really ticks me off that every single other figure comes with normal and SS hair and faces...but, not Vegeta. If they aren't going to give us a normal Vegeta any time soon, they REALLY need to release a PCE Scouter Vegeta. :-/
But...I don't know how I feel about this figure. That's not MY time patroller, and I already have a custom that is almost done of my CaC. So, I will skip this. I dislike the colours a lot, too.
Not that it matters all that much, but I've been playing some Xenoverse 2 lately, and if you don't have save data (I got Xenoverse 2 on PC, but had XV1 on PS4) you get a list of default options, and this one is named "Ace." It's generic as heck, but it is simpler than calling him "Time Patroller" or "Hero"
With this figure anything is fair game. I predict the male saiyan from Dragon Ball Heroes to be next in this cycle.
Funny you should mention that, I started off my XV character's backstory back when I got Ultimate Tenkaichi... and I basically kept my hero the exact same as that guy. Which reminds me... maybe they'll do the two guys from Ultimate Tenkaichi as well.

I doubt it, frankly. IIRC, while I remember being excited for the character creator, UT was not a game that had very much staying power. I did a bit of googling, and UT only sold 700,000 copies... compared to XV's 3 million+ copies and XV2 selling 1.4 million in its first week.
That being said... Technically speaking, DBH's main character "Beat" seems to use the exact same character template in the early Heroes game (at least until they changed his outfit), and that game seems to be doing well enough. The main issue is that Tamashii is pretty clearly making figuarts primarily for a US market, so Beat is a hard sell here.
