I wonder if you can swap the crotch and belt from a base or SS orange Gi Goku to give UI Goku his blue belt. I have UI Goku, but he’s my only orange Gi Stars Goku.

After I posted that I realized I have Mystic Gohan to spare. I swapped crotches and spent the rest of the night carving down Gohan’s belt to find under Goku’s shirt tatters. Pic forthcoming, but I think I nailed it!

Excited to see how it comes out! I did my own sort of mod where I swapped the torsos between base Trunks and SS Trunks, makes the base Trunks much nicer looking (makes SS look worse, but I'm not fond of the SS one anyways) hopefully i can upload a pic later Also, I noticed this on Bandai's Dragon Stars site along side their DB series and I'm not 100% what it's gonna be  and there's now a scouter from the new Broly movie right here

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they make SSG Vegeta. They love putting repaints in this line.

Yeah, the head looks too small compared to the others in the shot, especially if it's in front of the others... but it'd be cool though. I'm still bummed about how huge 1st form Frieza is gonna end up being assuming that pic is accurate.

Apropos of nothing, I wasn’t happy with Trunks’ range of movement in his neck.  So I did a little custom work to get here.  Here’s the behind-the-scenes image so you can see what I had to do!  Uh, I also stole the scabbard from SS Trunks b/c I wanted painted straps, but I had to cut off the hilt b/c the hilt is only removable on the version that come with base form Trunks, which doesn’t have painted straps. And round and round we go. Thanks, as always, to Rydgen for hooking me up with the figures! |
