Regardless its a prototype obviously, to think otherwise would be ridiculous. Do you really believe they'd make a shenron just to sit in a glass case once?
Are we to believe Nappa was never intended for sale either?

Regardless of whether they're losing money or not, officials already did tell Branjita that this particular shenron is out of question. And again, lets be sensible, how much do you think a some 15" long articulated figure would cost to Massly produce and how much it will actually cost us the buyers?? Definitely Not less than $150. And if that's the case, lets see how it "Massly" sells.

Well, the thing that makes this Shenron rather cheap to produce is that almost every body segment is exactly alike if you look closely. So there really isn't much to require a lot of design time or extra molding or whatever.

I probably wouldn't buy it because it would be expensive, but I don't oppose to them making it.

I'd be very satisfied if a very nice, official, relatively inexpensive, LARGE Shenron without articulation was made and he was in this pose.  Full body, long, and 12 inches tall would be fine. Something well painted. No tacky looking effects, just the dragon.  This though... this... is my fantasy. I want this.  I think I will have to settle for a poster of this though  |
