You have to have Yamcha and Tien if they made one and not the other it would be a travesty which is why everybody picks both of them I would think

I just find it hilarious that Cui got mentioned. There are like 30-40 characters that should get released before than him. Btw, lot of people taking part in this discussion so is there anyone with knowledge of Tamashii's other lines? If so, does anybody know what their longest running lines are (Kamen Rider?) and how many releases it counts? It'll give us a somewhat 'best of' scenario for the DBZ line, a certain level of range if you will, for how to look at this. Because with all due respect (insert *knock on wood* anywhere you like), I think we'd be pretty lucky if this line persists for five more years. DBKai reinvigorated the DBZ momentum and granted DBZ has a large loyal fanbase, but honestly.. Where do the more experienced Tamashii fans see this going is what I'm asking? I'm going to go as far as say I think it practically a zero percent chance Cui will ever see a release. I bet a relatively well known character like Zarbon is easily below 10% to ever see a release. (Although they happen to have Namek characters around already, that's a coincidental boost to other Namek chars I'd say.) But anyone who actually knows what they're talking about, please agree or disagree and then correct me.

that they tend to forget about their figure lines im hoping that DBZ will be a raging success and they would think it stupid to stop making them

Really? Longer than Kamen Rider n all that jazz? D'you know how long? Because, we can talk about all kinds of obscure characters etc, and it's fun I agree, but how many releases will the line see, for real? I mean, could this line stay alive for years and years to come? And with what, 5 releases per year at best excluding exclusives or multipacks? This is a prestige line clearly, we'll see prestige characters mostly I'm afraid... I mean, just saying we might want to keep it realistic. I think Tien and Yamcha are in a pretty good boat to actually see a release someday, mainly because the massive fanbase bumps 'm in polls like this, but with characters like Zarbon or Bulma you're starting to hit a tier below that, good chance we'll never see 'm. Ox King, Cui? 'Nother tier down. As I said, FAR from knowledgeable here, only collected these for a year now, but I'm inclined to say forget about small characters like that. Look at a line like Marvel Legends, even they haven't found spots for that many obscurer characters, and that line is freakin big, at a low cost mass produced retail (well, they used to be low cost) with a franchise built around characters with freakin blockbuster movies set for up to 2021. Figuarts is a high end, mid to high price, limitedly produced deluxe line compared to most toy lines, of a franchise from the eighties/nineties with an occasional animated feature and a new cut/dub... I just think we're gonna be disappointed if we get too carried away about this. I'm not trying to quench any dreams here, but honestly, I'll feel darn lucky if we get about 10-15 new releases at all, and I expect them all to be in the popular/famous tier of characters. Or am I doing a Dende here...?

SSJ Aroman Yeah that'd suck. But that's why I'm saying, I'm expecting about two year's worth of figures and after that I honestly don't dare say if this line's still going... With that in mind, I hope for Armoured Trunks, Tien, Yamcha, Android 16, 1F Frieza and Saiyan/Namek Goku. Seems realistically possible to me given the existing releases. Other than that, I honestly don't dare get my hopes up.

I think Vegito is all but certain if the line manages at least 2 more years. Super Buu not to sure, necause many want Kid Buu. I don't see them doing two Buus anytime soon. I think after the Androids, if I'm lucky we'll get armoured trunks, the cell saga is done. Dont expect 19 or 20, nor other Cell forms. Tien & Yamcha cell era style, that might be possible (I hope so).
But they could easily get their saiyan versions. I've just no idea whether they'll go straight up saiyan/namek direction, or keep it mixed with buu saga characters. I don't suspect the former (which is why I dont expect ginyu or zarbon anytime soon), but if they do, then that might be worrysome for post cell characters.
Apart from Bardock and Broli, I don't expect movie characters, at all.
