First post! Hey guys. Was secretly hoping this wouldn't be legit, just bought a Trunks off ebay for $260aud (just over $200usd. Aussie dollar not doin so well.) which I thought was a pretty good price. It's used, missing a fist and the sheath peg is broke, but I figured those are both things that can be worked around. Still a lot more than I was ever expecting to spend on a figure in this line, with Broly being the most I've spent until now. Still, I've been bitten by the bug it would seem. Welcome to DBF! Considering the current prices he's going for, you should be very satisfied with the price you got trunks for.

But, nonetheless still OVERPRICED for an action figure, not to sound like a douchebag, but paying over 200 dollars for a 6 inch figurine is over humanity rediculousness

Oh I agree with you guys totally...I wouldn't pay more than $80 if I had it my way...figured I would throw it out there since he is going easily for about 350 still. I also really don't know if he will ever get re released either. Def one of my fav figs by far.

Depends on the individual I think, if you're prepared to pay the price then go for it. When I first started collecting a few months ago I would have said exactly the same thing, and now after the purchase I have found myself pretty happy with it. Not a hint of buyers remorse. It also helps that this line is all I am collecting, I don't really have an interest in collecting anything else so I would like to have as many as I can. Over $200 is a lot for a figure, but unless it does get reissued, i'm not gonna find one anywhere cheaper. I have to be prepared to pay a little extra for this line due to where I live and the fact that these figures are impossible to find locally. Broly for example, while it was rrp at $67.99, I still ended up paying $100 for him from Amazon due to exchange rate and shipping. The reissue Gohan that i've seen on international websites for around $25 looks like a good price, but in reality the cheapest I could find him for was $45. Thems the breaks unfortunately.

I know your pain. Australian shipping is horrible.

to Israel is even worst. but as long as you enjoy the figures you spend your money on - than why not? I'm also collecting ONLY DBZ SHF, so to me, even if 300$ is a lot, I don't care to save a little for it, cause I know I'll enjoy it.

Just wondering if anyone knew of a tutorial or of a fix if the peg for the sword sheath breaks off into trunks back?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a tutorial or of a fix if the peg for the sword sheath breaks off into trunks back? Best I can think of would be using a pin or something to pierce the embedded peg, or even a VERY small drill bit, but that's a lot more dangerous, to get it out. After that, depending on how clean the break is, you can use some super glue (The kind that actually melts the plastic back together) and some sand paper to clean it up after.

I have the same issue with my Trunks. It's way too easy to knock him over, as he's not very stable. I've tried a multitude of things and haven't gotten it out get.

My Trunks' feet sometimes have trouble laying flat for some reason, but it's not like he falls over all the time.

My Trunks' feet sometimes have trouble laying flat for some reason, but it's not like he falls over all the time. It's a usual problem with the trunks figure. His feet is a problem with most complaints that I have heard. Use a stand if you think things will go, a little parachute jumpy if you know what I mean.
